Hello 

Just bought a Netro sprite-6 and a power adapter 600 ma but the sprinklers go up but not down, why? Could it be the amperage?

I exchange the power adapter for a 800 mA and i still have the same problem. 

If i do a manual irrigation and turn  it off in the middle it doesnt turn off,but if i tried once more to turn it on it turns it off....

En relación con mi pregunta anterior ya he visto que poniendo el riego nocturno a las 23:30 se acepta, pero si se pone a las 23:59 sale el error. Por lo tanto anulen mi anterior pregunta, aunque me resulta algo extraño que no permita 23:59 siendo el mismo día.

He instalado mi nuevo Netro Spark. En modo smart produce demasiados riegos en una determinada zona de forma muy constante, y con demasiado tiempo. No me parece nada lógico. Quiero dejar eliminado el modo smart y programar personalmente el riego. Consigo programar un riego de las cuatro zonas que utilizo en un determinado horario de la mañana, pero cuando voy a añadir un segundo riego diario por la noche me da un mensaje "ERROR: Program cannot cross a day".

¿Significa esto que solo puedo programar un riego al día? Muy extraño, mi anterior programador permitía tantos riegos diarios como quisiera simplemente indicando las horas.

Por favor, una solución, porque si solo se puede programar un riego al día no me soluciona nada este dispositivo.

I missing the function that I can open two zones at the same time.  If this is possible you could combine different valves.

This would be a huge advantage.

Since 2 days now, my netro Sprite is offline.

The light is solid  but quickly blinks each 6 seconds.

What should I do?

Where is the documentation on how to use the app? I have no clue how to set my own schedule or how to use the smart scheduling... I can't find anything on how to use this app at all and it's pretty confusing. I am looking at the app and it seems to have smart watering enabled, but there are times where it's skipping 3 days randomly and there is no rain that is supposed to take place on those days, so no clue why it's skipping those days. Can someone direct me to where the documentation is for using the app?  Thank you.

I just replaced my sprinkler controller with a new Netro Sprite 6.

Using both a programmed or a manual start, all valves don’t stop unless I remove power to the Sprite.

During a program, where I planned the zones to run sequentially, the zones activate one after the other without stopping and causing the zones to loose pressure and be unable to complete.

On the FAQ, it says to remove power to stop the zone, which actually stop all the watering, but this it totally unusable to me.

I am using the European version with the provided power supplier. I am based in Italy.

Hi. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this issue. The timer on my nero still counts down but the water turns off. In one of my zones the water only lasts 1 minute 50 seconds. 

Please help resolve problems with whisperer moisture sensor. Does it need to be regularly cleaned or something so it will work properly???

While installing the app, we couldn't choose our location (Curacao) so we filled in Miami, FL. Is there a possibility to change country after all? I can find where to change it in settings but it's not allowing me. Can someone help me out?

Just wanted to provide some feedback. I had B-hyve XR Smart Indoor/Outdoor Sprinkler Timer for 2 years. I noted that it does not water on a schedule sometimes. Either because the internet was down, and it did not reconnect or something else. The contractor who replaced it told me that there is probably an internal battery, and it should have been replaced. Too late.

I Googled the best irrigation timer and found that Orbit B-hyve is the best, followed by Netro. Never heard of it. I chose it because it retains programs in case of Wi-Fi outage. I bought Spark 8 zones and installed it today (my contractor did). Also 2 Pixies.

Pros:

Clean modern packaging, clear web interface, app has installation instructions and troubleshooting tips.

Cons:

Why white cover? I could not see indicators with daylight. How to pair? Did some of your staff try to install it in bright daylight outdoors?

Does it have an internal battery which eventually needs to be replaced? How is the memory retained? I believe this was a problem with B-hyve..

What about Pixie? Is rechargeable battery forever?

Web interface still needs improvement: for example – my order is in a different place than my account, Pixie should state that there is no backup program, other logical flaws.

Created a program on Spark, but when tried to edit time it did not allow, stating that the same program already exists.

Backup should automatically copy the program with the option to edit. Why should it be entered as a separate program if this is a backup in case of Wi-Fi outage?

The outdoor cover can have a transparent wall to see indicators.

Hi,

I have 9 zones but 2 of them are not popping up for watering. I can see water is coming out from the ground but not through sprinklers. I have unplugged Netro device and plugged it back but still those 2 zones are not working.

Any help will be appreciated.

I am a newbie in using the App für sprite sprinkler. I have tried the function to delay the time plan. But don’t know how to cancel that?
