Good morning,

I have my netro sprite with green light showing connected.

Nonetheless, when executing the programs it shows "connection problems". When I try to run the programs manually, it keeps "connecting..." but does not open the valves so that it waters.

I have removed and reset the connection with the network, it becomes green again, but it still not work.

I have also reviewed the electrical connections on the valves, and they are ok.

I have also tested opening the valves manually, they open and water normally.

the only problem is when executing electronically... it keeps "connecting...." and does nothing.

I have three zones with Whisperer 2 devices that have been installed for some time. It to skip watering above 90% and water extra at 60%. Soil moisture is currently at 56% and to says it isn't going to wTer again for like 40 hours. What's up with that? There is only a 38% chance of rain, and that is .1 inches so that can't be it.

Il programma notturno funziona regolarmente ma non funziona lo start manuale.

Anche entrando nel programma e selezionando esegui ora non parte.

Ho già provato a riavviare App centralina NETRO e router Wifi senza risultato.

Rimane in connessione ma non parte !!

I have some concerne about the time range. I set the Smart schedule to water just from 5am to 10am. But the Smart program seems to override this control. How can i ensure it would be respected? 

Could you please advise me on how to determine the specific requirements of my rose bush? While I have access to the data, I find it challenging to apply it without knowing the ideal conditions for my particular rose.

I have had smart cotroller netro for 3 years. Never problems! 

Now i d like to buy z1 pixie with hub! But is it essential the hub for smart controlling? And if yes the hub has to be connected by lan to the router? 

I am limited in GPM, and in some areas of my lawn, I would like to water for more than 1 hour at a time for deep soaking. I cannot find a way without using multiple programs to the same zone. It is pretty labor intensive.

Hi I live in the uk and have chalk under a few inch’s of soil what setting on soil types is it most close to with you soil types and what the best weather options you have for uk weather

I received a notification on my phone that my Pixie is offline. I am out of state. Will my pixie still execute its schedule? Will it water my plants?

How do I add a second user ( second phone) to our system?

I have the Netro Whisperer2, and all works fine except for smart watering notifications.

They alert within the Netro app - how can I get them to alert outside of the app (i.e. "normal" smartphone alerts)?

It's great that I get the notification in the app, but that means that I have to constantly manually open the app to check for notifications - which essentially makes the notifications almost useless.

I've uninstalled and re-installed; I've disable the system setting to give the app access to send system notifications and then re-enabled it; and anything else I could think of that could be stopping the app being able to send a system notification.

Am I doing something wrong here, or does this intentionally only keep the notification internal to the app?

Is there a way to replace the light?

Does anyone have ideas for protecting whisperer from my gsd puppy?

Having problems getting it to connect to wifi?  Trying everything I can think of? Help???

My whisperer-2, installed ~36 hours ago, is consistently reporting a temp about 10F hotter than reality.
