I've had a Netro Spark 8 working without any problems since last year, but a few days ago it disconnected from the Wi-Fi and stopped working. I tried the reset button as indicated in the instructions, but there's no way to reconnect it. What else can I do? Thank you very much

ho riscontrato un problema con la centralina Netro Sprite-6.
Il dispositivo risulta online e sembra funzionare regolarmente, tuttavia non attiva nessuna uscita: né la master né le due zone configurate. Ho provato ad attivare manualmente tutte le zone, ma senza successo.

Ho effettuato alcune verifiche:

• la tensione in uscita è sempre di circa 11 V AC su tutte le uscite;

• la centralina è stata utilizzata pochissimo, solo con le zone master e 1–2;

• non sono presenti segni visibili di bruciatura o danni hardware.

Da quanto riscontrato, sembrerebbe un problema software, poiché l’hardware appare in buone condizioni.

Resto in attesa di un vostro gentile riscontro e supporto.

My system is connected to a 500 liter tank. If I turn on both zones, it empties in 13 minutes.

In the application there is no possibility to program the maximum irrigation time for each individual area. I want you to work at most 13 minutes!

any update on the "greenhouse" options which would not count on with the rain, wind and probably increase the temperature for the selected zone?

A seguito di nuova installazione wi fi fibra home, il dispositivo mi da luce spenta come se non arrivasse corrente, ma in realtà la corrente arriva. Ho infatti provato a staccare e riattaccare tutto ma la situazione non cambia. Quale può essere il problema?

Hola, en la sección de notificaciones de la aplicación, no hay nada, no hay ningún tipo de notificaciones para elegir. Es un problema de la versión de la aplicación o es un problema mío?. Gracias

For test purposes, I have my Whisperer 2 in a terra cotta flowerpot that is very dry.  It always reads that the moisture is very high.  I have a Pixie at the house faucet.  I reset the Whisperer and it did not help.  What's wrong?

Tried several times following with the instructions. And failed!? And my system was operational and my App was disabled for no apparent reasons!? 

I doubt if someone’s gonna break in and change my sprinkler time how in the hell do I save my password to this thing? I don’t wanna have to remember to put it in every time I want to change my sprinklers.

Hi, I have a Spark controller. Where can I find in the app the rainfall forecast for next days?

In the home page I can see only humidity, temperature and wind but not rain in mm.

I have a home weather station that feeds data to https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KCASANJO507?cm_ven=localwx_pwsdash

I have my sprite pointed at my specific weather station on wundergound.com. Today, my sprite claims I had 0.02" of rain, but my weather station detected none, and wunderground.com says I had no rain.

I have been noticing for a while that Netro was showing different rain data from what my weather station recorded, Netro usually records more rain than I actually got. I suspect this may be why my oranges are always under sized.

Somehow Netro is getting the wrong infromation from wunderground.com. Is there any way to fix this?

Is it possible to configure the irrigation time with seconds? or should it always be minutes?

Todos los sensores que he adquirido al cabo de dos años dejan de cargarse por el panel solar y son inservibles

Conectados por usb a una fuente de alimentación son capaz de emparejarse pero al desconectarse dejan de funcionar 

Enchufados a la corriente la luz única un bucle de rojo de menos a más parpadeo amarillo y parpadeo verde. Los puedo dejar cargando por usb 12 horas pero al desconectarlo se mueren

All zones are programmed to run but only zone 1 runs.

I have a Netro Sprite (6 zones).

I would like to water one time a week, 4 hours per zone in one run. I am not able to make programmes and single runs longer than 60 minutes. 

Am I doing something wrong, or is this not supported?
