I cannot add my pixie z1 to the app because pixie z1 is not shown as an option. I have the hub connected. 

I have programmed my Netro to skip Tuesday’s but the controller waters anyway. How do I stop this?

When I have Whisperers, the system appears to calculate the average over the day about 4 degrees higher than for zones without Whisperers.

It seems that, even though the weather data is available throughout the day, that zones without sensors only use the forecast high and low.

This is insufficient to correctly adjust for the amount of watering required.

For example, today is 7 degrees C up to 36.

Whisperer zones average the temp at 26C while non-Whisperer zone calculate the average at 22C.

On these extremely hot days, the non-whisperer zones are under-watering much more than the Whisperer zones.

Also note that even the zones with Whisperers always under-water and needs custom programs or manual intervention.

This finally explains to me why zones are always under-watered.

Can the system please use multiple day readings for non-Whisperer zones and PLEASE provide more watering?

I have 2 Whisperer for automatic regularion of my watering.

They work normally work perfekt but when the bad weather prevents charging for o longer period they go to sleep/closes down.

Then my Netro thinks the soil is dry 0% humidity and aut starts my watering eventhough the soil is 90%.

I have ti disable the Netro to stop watering until the Whispering is charged.

Since I do not get any warning that the Wispering power is too low the aut watering can go on and on wasting my water and flooding my garden!

I have one particular zone that i only require watering for 15 seconds every second day.

How can i do this?  i was able to do it on my previous OpenSprinkler.

My two whisperers stopped due to lack of sun. The new one started communicating again.

The old one started communicating but then stopped while the battery was still above 90%.

Seems a communication problem 

Blue light blinking turned quickly to white light blinking.

After blinking a few minutes it stopped but is not connected to the App.

Tried putting it ON close to controller and then close to WiFi router, the result is the same, no connection.

Is the whisperer dead ? Should I buy a new one ?

My system keeps watering despite the fact that it is winter with snowy conditions. It schedule to follow city city restrictions. Why?

I just got a Whisperer 2 and it won’t charge past 90%. It’s been plugged in all day. Is the battery defective?

Is there any way to get a mode for a zone  that keeps grass seed wet enough to germinate? 

I switched the enable switch in the Netro app to disable and now I can't get it to turn back on. The app says "next run not scheduled". When I close the app and reopen it, the switch has moved back to the disabled position. Nothing works, I can't even manually water. The controller has a green light showing and I have tried powering the controller off and back on and it reconnects without an issue but the app will not work.

My Netro system is not skipping watering on rainy days. As shown below, it still watered even though it is configured to skip the previous day, the rainy day itself, and the day after. Any recommendations?

Can you have multiple locations or do you have to setup separate accounts?

If separate accounts, how do you do that?

Any way for end user to open and replace battery on a whisperer 2?  It is out of warranty.

For my lawn i have 2 watering zones, is there a way to "force" schedule to combine those 2 zones to always follow each other? I dont want to water half my lawn on Monday and the other half on Thursday.

I currently have a Netro Sprite system set up on a bore, I'm only using 9 stations currently but I can't easily add any more stations/wiring to this system. 

I can easily access the wiring where I would like to add more stations, am I able to pick up the earth and pump start wires, and add a 2nd sprite or spark controller there? 

Or has anyone got any ideas of how I can add more stations without running more wiring back to the master controller?

The whisperer sensor combined with the app seems confused. The app tells me to water every day however the sensor tells me a date on when to water next that is usually 8+ days later. 

The app doesn’t seem to talk to itself as far as the reminders are concerned.

(Update 3/17: I still get the notification to water every day, and the sensor still gives me a date over a week away on average)
