Hallo and short question: 


I can not find any option to water more than one zone in the same time. Ist this not possible? 


@Netro team: in case the feature is not available at the moment i would appreciate your development

Sprite 12 Controller Problem

Controller light is off and displays Offline status. Rebooted router resulting in WiFI connections elsewhere in my house and to my other devices except for the Sprite controller. Repowered Sprite controller and also did a reset— same status with no light and Offline status. Help!

Zone failure to run

Hi, I have one out of 4 zones who won't start watering. I have changed the valve and the problem still persist. I have checked the connections and the cables, all looks good. There is voltage. 

Any ideea?

Hub with more than 1 timers

I have a  hub with more than 1 timers. But via the app it is only possible to manage 1 of the 2 timers. Is this a bug. So I can't explore the second timer timer and therefore I can also not get the data via API, because I can't see the MAC or Serial No. Can you please help here?

Linking Google Home to Netro

When trying to link my Netro Sprite with Google home, Google responds with "No compatible devices were found in your Netro account". I have updated Google Home to the latest version.

Zone Failure

I have the Sprite 12 controller with zone 3 failing to work after 10 months.  Traced error to low voltage on controller. Anyone else having zone failures caused by controller?  

Moved wire to unused zone 12 and sprinklers engage as they should.

No consigo que la aplicación permita 2 zonas activas a la vez. Solo funciona de manera secuencial (Zona 1, luego Zona 2, luego Zona 3, etc).

Yo necesito activar 2 a la vez para regar y abonar al mismo tiempo.

Alguien tiene una solución por favor?

Purchasing Whisperer in the UK

Hi, A few months back I purchased 2x Whisperer sensors and paid the shipping from America. However when they arrived a couple of days later and they had been sent from a UK address not from America. I was a bit annoyed at the time knowing I had paid $25 delivery but the were sent from the UK. You currently have an offer on these sensors is it possible to purchase them in the UK yet and claim the discount?

Whisperer 2 "serial already in used" issue

I have been trying to add back one of my Whisperer 2 sensor and got a message saying that the serial has been already in used. Not sure what to do at this point. I was wondering if someone had encountered the same issue and if there is a solution to fix it.

Soil moisture adjustment

Is there a way to manually adjust the soil moisture levels? For example, I have a zone that is reading as saturated (above 80). However the irrigation in that zone has not been connected prior. It would be useful in the app to be have the user adjust soil moisture levels manually to help with issues like this in the future. I do not have any soil moisture probes installed so the moisture levels are being automaticaly calculated by the smart watering algorithm.

Scheduling Issue

Hello I have two questions that I hope someone can help with.

First.

I have my schedule set to skip Rain on Previous Day, Rainy Day, Next Day. It just rained for two days here locally and the system still kicked on today. Am I missing a setting?


Second.

When I set my schedule it will only populate for the current month even though I set the program I have for 5 months. Am I missing a setting?

Change Wifi problem

I replaced the router, the extender remained unchanged.  Unfortunately I am unable to reconnect the 6-channel control panel.  It's like it doesn't reset.  After the reset the LED remains off.  The wifi network is present, but it gives me an error when connecting after entering the password.  How to solve 🙏

smart zone advanced range

in the SMART Advanced zones section of the APP in the SI system the mm/hour scale goes from 10 to 100
in the US system Cubic inch per hour [in³/h] from 0.1 to 5

the data refers to the single zone therefore VALVE in my case PIXIE 1. 
The scale of values used does not seem to be correct a 3/4 hose with a pressure of 1 Bar brings about 9000 liters per hour 
perhaps the data in the app and mm³/seconds and in³/second I'm doing something wrong.

How to leave a valve open all the time.

Is there a way to leave a sprinkler valve open all the time? I don't want to make a schedule. I have a valve connected to a motion activated sprinkler. I need that valve open all the time.
