I have checked that the irrigation modes

DEEP

EPA

REGULAR

FREQUENT

Irrigate the same amount of water, the only difference is the frequency in days and time per irrigation.

The only mode that saves water is ECO 

Or does a DEEP / EPA modes, will help me to save water compared to REGULAR or FREQUENT during a period of time ( I also have installed the whisperer) . Is the whisperer able to detect deep water?

I would like to stress the grass up to a point irrigation is needed, so swapping between DEEP and ECO to save water. But I cannot create a calendar where I could set up the watering mode per month for instance.

Any advice?

How i can erase a divice (whisperer badly installed) in the devices list ?

I did delete it but it always appear in the devices list !

Hi,

I’ve got a sprite 6 system with 3 zones configured and no master valve

The watering stops before the end of planned schedule. 

So I’ve deactivated all smart function to check, manual launch planned for 5 minutes. 

It starts and after 15seconds it stops watering. 

Any idea why?

My Whisperer seems constantly reading 91% moisture when I know for a fact it is NOT ?  Any ideas or how can I report this it is like 2 weeks old ?

I have added too many schedules on top of smart watering. How can I delete and start all over?

Netro disconnect almost every day 

from wifi , without any reason(such as  Internet connection  missing / electricity black out ) 

I have to unplug and rebooting  it goes back automatically to wifi connection

What i have to do to avoid this ? 

Hi guys an girls. 

New to the whole netro system, have my system all installed and set up. My question is the weather, the smart watering has moved the schedule due to. The weather saying we had rain yesterday. But there was no rain fall in my area yesterday. I've tried to correct this in the app but it will only let me select 1mm as the minimum value. Even this is adjusting my schedule. So it's not really that smart if it's claiming to have rained when it didn't an not allowing me to input the correct amount. This need to be addressed in a future app update as if the app thinks it has rained and it has not I need to be able to correct this.

I reset my netro sprite as work was being done on my sprinkler system.  It came back on slow blink.  I have not been able to reconnect to my internet.  when setting up netro shows up on my phone with good wifi connection, but will not connect. I have turned data off and still not luck. I have unplugged Netro sprite and still no luck. If anyone has any ideas please share.

My Netro goes offline in the middle of the night every so often, no power outages or Internet outages, so wondering what people are doing wen this occurs short of unplugging and re-plugging it in.  I am thinking of installing a smart plug to reboot it each morning so I don't miss any watering cycles.  What are people doing?

Hi all,

My problem is that in the app it appears that it is watering each area and the reality is that it either does not water at all or water less time. I have been on vacation for a few days and I have found the dry grass and two trees without leaves. A disaster. I have been communicating with the support service by email for several days and I do not have a clear answer to this problem. Can anybody help me?

How do I know what the goal % moisture is according to my plant (Agave). The app essentially tells me to water daily which seems a lot.

In the daily pie chart the temperature seems correct, but in the weekly chart the temperature is different. The same for other parameters.

The graphic is very poor.

 Any suggestion.

How can I get (and download in csv or similar) historical daily data about spended irrigation time for each zone, it could be usefull ir order to see how to reduce the watering bill.

We have 11 zones...I want to skip 1-3 and 7-8 an have them water every other day. I can't seem to figure it out! Unless I do it manually?

I have two controllers: a Sprite with 6 zones and a Pixie faucet controller.  I would like to use Google to start and stop watering on the Pixie faucet controller.  The User Guide FAQ says:

"3. What if I have multiple controllers?

Unfortunately, Google Assistant doesn't support multiple devices. The NetroHome action controls your first Netro controller. If you have multiple Netro irrigation controllers, please try with Google Home."

How do I control the PIxie in the Google Home app?

What is the lower moisture level recommended to start an irrigation ?

Will stop or keep looping the schedule?
