I received a notification on my phone that my Pixie is offline. I am out of state. Will my pixie still execute its schedule? Will it water my plants?

How do I add a second user ( second phone) to our system?

I have the Netro Whisperer2, and all works fine except for smart watering notifications.

They alert within the Netro app - how can I get them to alert outside of the app (i.e. "normal" smartphone alerts)?

It's great that I get the notification in the app, but that means that I have to constantly manually open the app to check for notifications - which essentially makes the notifications almost useless.

I've uninstalled and re-installed; I've disable the system setting to give the app access to send system notifications and then re-enabled it; and anything else I could think of that could be stopping the app being able to send a system notification.

Am I doing something wrong here, or does this intentionally only keep the notification internal to the app?

Is there a way to replace the light?

I am limited in GPM, and in some areas of my lawn, I would like to water for more than 1 hour at a time for deep soaking. I cannot find a way without using multiple programs to the same zone. It is pretty labor intensive.

My #1 zone comes on whenever any other zone is on.  There has been no changes since last season other than a new wifi gateway.  I have deleted the Netro app and still have the same problems.  I have checked wiring to the controller and it is exactly the same as last season.  No shorting.  Does anyone have another suggestion to try and solve this issue?

Any reason why the system sometimes skip zones and not water them. I have 3 sensors and they all reading the same moisture across all 9 zones, that’s why I’m confuse into why sometimes decide to skip zones. 

Does anyone have ideas for protecting whisperer from my gsd puppy?

My whisperer-2, installed ~36 hours ago, is consistently reporting a temp about 10F hotter than reality.

1. How can I set an irrigation schedule without WiFi? I have a rental house that is not occupied ( no Internet service) , but I would like to create an irrigation schedule. I app allows me to connect for test run, but not to set new schedule.

I have some basic programs to water.  At the same time smartwater is enabled on zones?  

It seems the programs run - but smart water does not control the duration 

Is there a way to specify when watering evens should start but let the smart water control duration?

I would like to add a GEN 2 whisper to my Spark system because I cannot seem to rely on any of my three weather stations to provide accurate rainfall. I obviously don’t want to rely on a single sensor to determine the moisture level in my entire lawn, so can I add multiple to a zone and have Netro average it per zone? 

I have 3 Whisper gen 2 sensors 2 have firmware 3.1.1 and one has firmware 3.1.5. How do I update the firmware on these devices?

I’m sure my transformer is not working.

Can you change the order of zones in a current program without having to create a new program?

Since a few days my Netro is not receiving data from the different Whisperers connected and all of them are well connected to Wi Fi and charged. I am not able to run manual watering, only the planned ones go. It looks like there is an issue or with my Netro Spark or with the Netro Server. I am based in Italy. Please let me know. Thank you.
