Whisperer humidity always 100%

I have one sensor that is controlling 5 zones, in the last few months it has rained for several days and the humidity recorded has always been 100%. For three weeks however it has not rained anymore and the soil has started to dry out and so has the garden, because the sensor continues to report 100% humidity skipping the irrigation cycle. How can I unlock the sensor humidity reading?

Could you add a pause feature in Manual run? When I am running a zone, sometimes I need to halt the run and make an adjustment or fix a leak and then turn it back on. Right now, I have to stop the manual run and then start all over.

Continuous Monitoring?

Hello, I have activated Continuous Monitoring on my Wispering gen2 which means I should get an emediate update when the moister has changed.

But I don't get any update/ change until the aut hourly upate of the measurement is done.

Help for my controller dropping the wifi weekly?  I have to unplug the controller to reset and wifi works.  When on vacation my controller can't be unplugged so is there a fix or work around ?

Water consumption

I have a digital water metering in my house from my water supplier. So know the exact amount of water that ist running for all zones If netro ist running and watering the Garden. Unfortenately i can Not find an Option, to Tell netro how much water in qm per hour is running for wach zone. IT would be great If that could be implementated to have an exact number of qm water that ist uswd for watering each zone. So gar I know netro gives only an wstamated number of water used for wach zone, depwnding in size of watering area and Type of watering equipment.

Whisperer 2 Dead

Anyone else have problems with whisperer/whisperer 2? The ones I have just seem to stop working out the blue.  The current problem unit is a whisperer 2 which was sent to replace a broken whisperer.  It comes on, lights up, and shows 100% charged when plugged into a usb power source.  As soon as I unhook the power source it stops working, and oower button does nothing.

Hi,

Just got a Pixie for my balcony drip system (used to have a Gardena un-smart controller). As soon as I installed it, water was running through it! Why is not off by default and why isn’t there a simple start/stop button on the app (in case of emergency)? I don’t want my neighbors underneath complaining it’s dripping water all over the place because of an issue with the smart watering system that couldn’t be easily stopped!

Hello, Here on Europe we use 24 hrs instead of 12 hrs pm/am, where can I change to 24hrs in the Netro App, also it shows wrongly morning instead of evening according to  program

Hello,

I would like to ask for advice on how to improve the water pressure for my Netro Pixie irrigation timer.

Here are the details of my setup:

  • The water is stored in a cistern with a capacity of one cubic meter (1 meter x 1 meter x 1 meter), equivalent to 1,000 liters.
  • The Netro Pixie smart timer is installed three meters below the tap of the cistern.
  • When the timer opens, only a small amount of water flows out.

How can I improve the water output and quantity? Are there any adjustments or solutions you would recommend?

How do you allow your irrigation or landscape service people to run the system without having a phone or Internet connection? Is there a simple way for them to override the sprite, and use some other way to manually open the valves without going underground to expose them?

IFTTT Trigger for moisture

When I try to set the trigger for a moisture level in IFTTT, it does not give me the option to choose at what moisture % I want the trigger to run.  How do I set the trigger for a specific %?


It only gives me the option for account, device, and zone.

does not irrigate

The same thing happens to me too. No irrigation today... 04/27/2025 Netro does not connect... it says it is watering in manual mode, then I go to check and nothing happens! No water comes out of any station, I tried to reset but to no avail. If I try the tester the irrigation starts but if I try with the manual it says it is watering but that is not true. I checked the Wi-Fi and it is fine.

Pixie unable to connect to the internet

I  bought a new Pixie and I connects with my router, it does not connect to the internet. The suggestions in the directions do not solve the problem. Any suggestions?
