I currently have several Netro Whisperer 2 sensors and receive moisture, temp and solar readings. But i also have other soil sensors - e.g., Ecowitt. The two sensors appear to measure soil moisture on different scales. Can someone - from Netro - explain to me clearly how the Whisperer measures moisture and how I should interpret different readings in the same bed (e.g., Ecowitt measures 28%, Whisperer measures 96%). 

My Netro controller is about three years old. I recently changed my Wi-Fi router about two months ago.  I repaired the controller with the new Wi-Fi, all seemed to work for a few days. Then the controller started cycling on and off of Wi-Fi. There are windows of several minutes that I can communicate with the controller, then windows of several hours when I cannot.  The light on the controller is solid for about 20 seconds, then three slow blinks, solid for 20 seconds, then three slow blanks, this pattern continues indefinitely. I have repaired the controller to WiFi several times. I have unplugged and then plugged the controller back in multiple times. Nothing seems to resolve the issue. It’s frustrating when I’m changing sprinkler heads and have to wait several hours to try a manual run to test the new heads. Has anyone else experience this and more importantly solved this issue? I get this error only on a couple of zones.  See the attached photo. As you can see the zone "misc" shows error.  Any ideas

It would be great if for someone like me there would be an option that unifies multiple controllers into just one home so that scheduling would be much easier and avoids multiple zones of different controllers run at the same time. When programming controllers in fact, I have to keep switching programming in various controllers to see if that time is not taken by another zone of another controller. Otherwise water pressure would be a problem if two or more zone are running at the same time in different controllers.

I tried to conect 24v and 9v  valve to ny Netro 6 zone system. It seems dont work... I heard a noise near evry valve when turnd on (on manual mode) but water doesn't com up... Just a 9v valve can open just for few second... Water comes up... But after this tine... Water stop to come.

We have 3 controllers for over 24 zones. 

Dark mode and font size (especially a problem with charts) are two things that were going to be addressed a few years ago. Could I please get a current status on when dark mode will be available and when font size, or at least the ability to zoom the app screen will be available? Turning on the Apple magnifier, or having to take a screenshot and then zoom that so that you can read data is very inconvenient.

I have my netro sprite with green light showing connected.

Nonetheless, when executing the programs it shows "connection problems". When I try to run the programs manually, it keeps "connecting..." but does not open the valves so that it waters.

I have removed and reset the connection with the network, it becomes green again, but it still not work.

I have also reviewed the electrical connections on the valves, and they are ok.

I have also tested opening the valves manually, they open and water normally.

the only problem is when executing electronically... it keeps "connecting...." and does nothing.

I have three zones with Whisperer 2 devices that have been installed for some time. It to skip watering above 90% and water extra at 60%. Soil moisture is currently at 56% and to says it isn't going to wTer again for like 40 hours. What's up with that? There is only a 38% chance of rain, and that is .1 inches so that can't be it.

Ho già provato a riavviare App centralina NETRO e router Wifi senza risultato.

I have one sensor that is controlling 5 zones, in the last few months it has rained for several days and the humidity recorded has always been 100%. For three weeks however it has not rained anymore and the soil has started to dry out and so has the garden, because the sensor continues to report 100% humidity skipping the irrigation cycle. How can I unlock the sensor humidity reading?

Hello, I have 5 sprite-type irrigation controller units installed. In one of them, the irrigation stops after approximately 14 seconds on all channels, although it still appears as watering in the status. We have measured the electrical resistance and it is normal.

Why do my zones only activate for 2 seconds?

Salve, quanto deve risultare l’umidità del terreno in giardino? Il sensore mi indica sempre tra i 96 e 97%. 

Could you add a pause feature in Manual run? When I am running a zone, sometimes I need to halt the run and make an adjustment or fix a leak and then turn it back on. Right now, I have to stop the manual run and then start all over. 

Why is Whisperer not showing any moisture reading at all? after working fine for days, it just stops sending moisture info
