Hi, I have a Spark controller. Where can I find in the app the rainfall forecast for next days?

In the home page I can see only humidity, temperature and wind but not rain in mm.

All zones are programmed to run but only zone 1 runs.

I have a Netro Sprite (6 zones).

I would like to water one time a week, 4 hours per zone in one run. I am not able to make programmes and single runs longer than 60 minutes. 

Am I doing something wrong, or is this not supported?

Hi- been using your sprinkler controller for several years and have recently added a new WiFi network. 

I'm following the instructions how to switch the Netro controller to a new WiFi network. After resetting the controller, it change my iphone WiFi network over to Netro-XXX (which tells me I have no internet access). 

When I return to the Netro app and click 'Next', it just keeps instructing me to connect to Netro-XXX first. 

The Netro controller continues to blink despite unplugging it so stuck in limbo now.

Is it possible to configure the irrigation time with seconds? or should it always be minutes?

I have my sprite pointed at my specific weather station on wundergound.com. Today, my sprite claims I had 0.02" of rain, but my weather station detected none, and wunderground.com says I had no rain.

I have been noticing for a while that Netro was showing different rain data from what my weather station recorded, Netro usually records more rain than I actually got. I suspect this may be why my oranges are always under sized.

Somehow Netro is getting the wrong infromation from wunderground.com. Is there any way to fix this?

I can't register my weather station ID in the Netro app. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

I have changed the name of my Wi-Fi. I need to change my Wi-Fi connection to its new name I have a new Wi-Fi in your hub will not work because it can’t download a new Wi-Fi for some damn reason

Help for my controller dropping the wifi weekly?  I have to unplug the controller to reset and wifi works.  When on vacation my controller can't be unplugged so is there a fix or work around ?

Hello, I have activated Continuous Monitoring on my Wispering gen2 which means I should get an emediate update when the moister has changed.

But I don't get any update/ change until the aut hourly upate of the measurement is done.

Hello, I have 5 sprite-type irrigation controller units installed. In one of them, the irrigation stops after approximately 14 seconds on all channels, although it still appears as watering in the status. We have measured the electrical resistance and it is normal.
