My Pixie Z1 has lost connection with hub. Have reset multiple times, just comes up with hub not detecting any deices. Have replaced batteries,

reset, with no luck. Is the unit faulty? Purchased on 6/6/23. Bought a Pixie 1 so have nothing to check Hub.Have reset that several times to.

Netro Spark problem

This morning my 16 zone Spark unit was showing a red LED.

The app said it was online but when I tried to manually water a zone, it just said "connecting" for the duration with nothing happening outside.

Our wifi was running as normal and the room with the controller in had a good signal.

Unplugging and plugging back in solved the problem but it doesn't leave me with much confidence of the unit if it's going to do this at a critical time of year without being noticed.

Is there a reliability issue with the latest firmware?

Smart Sprinkler Controlle starts then stops

Hi.

My controller operates but many times, rather than executing the time setting. It just cuts out? 

I do have a sensor connected but I took it out of the ground to exclude wet soil feedback 

I'm guessing there is a parameter forcing the stops? 

Could anyone give me a direction where to look?

Netro sprite-6 with power adapter 600 ma?

Hello 


Just bought a Netro sprite-6 and a power adapter 600 ma but the sprinklers go up but not down, why? Could it be the amperage?


I exchange the power adapter for a 800 mA and i still have the same problem. 


If i do a manual irrigation and turn  it off in the middle it doesnt turn off,but if i tried once more to turn it on it turns it off....

2 hub-1 in my house

I have 2 pixe devices and 2 hubs. I have 1 hub and pixie working fine. When I added the 2nd hub it does not show up in the app and therefore cannot add the 2nd pixie what am I doing wrong

app crashing

Hi I install the app on my android tablet but when I am trying to manually water my plant on SPRITE-12, the app is always crashing. I try everything with no success.

all connections good but sprite wont open any valves.

One day, the Sprite just stopped opening the zone valves. We tested and reconnected all the wires and deleted and re-installed the Sprite. Still no luck. Ground is good too. What could be wrong?

Adjusting for tree cover

Much of my non-lawn landscape area is sheltered by heavy tree canopy, meaning light rain does not reach the ground in the same amount that weather apps might report. If I find that smart zones are not getting enough water, how would I tweak the zone settings?

Export a summary of zone settings?

Is there a way to view all the input settings for a given zone, to wit, soil types, slopes, species, etc? It is difficult to check the data going screen by screen. Perhaps an Export or Summary capability I have not yet discovered?

Metro timer

Everything shows it should be running, but it doesn’t wake up. I have it set for online during watering periods. It says it’s communicating but it’s not running. How do I wake up metro when I want to communicate

Hi there 

I have the garden zones like the diagram. And I want zone 4 a 3 run the same amount of time. Currently they use different whisperers and have different schedules what makes the grass to present in summer dry patches. I would like to force to run 3 and 4 the same amount of time.

Should I use only one whisperer attached to both zones (3 and 4)?

Cannot find master solenoid valve

None of the zones are watering when the app says it's watering. I measured each zone when active and each read 28 AC. When testing the resistance, the readings were jumping all over the place for each reading. This is leading me to believe there is an issue with the master solenoid valve. However, there is no wire that connects to the M slot on the controller. Looking around the house for any of the underground boxes, I have not been able to find the master solenoid. Attaching pictures of what I have found. Any help greatly appreciated.

Manual watering beta

So I like the idea of being able to manually water when I want especially on really hot days but the battery aftervthe second day dies and never charges more then 10 to 15 percent even in full sun for 10 hours. Would be nice if it charged faster and had a better battery or less drain in that mode.

Boost factor in app

I see a boost factor option in the web interface. I understand it's meant to increase or decrease the watering time. You can see the effect in the estimated watering times and schedules.


In the app, however, that option does not exist and, in fact, it shows a different estimate than the web interface. Why is that? Which one does the system pay attention to? The settings in the web, or those in the app?

Watering system turns on by itself?

I have the following odd situations:


1. The Netro does not show any watering activity.

2. My watering system is turning on by itself, and one of my zones is just firing away, spreading water for hours on end.

3. The Netro does not seem to be be able to stop it or even show that it's running.

4. Unplugging the Netro did fix the problem. Even more bizarre


I have an old Netro that never did this. I wonder if I should just swap them out?  This newest one seems to bug sometimes?


Any thoughts what could be doing this?

Good afternoon

I have plant sensors in all zones, and they block.

Sometimes i have my grass really dry and the sensor have 70/80 % of humidity.

I turn them off change place like 2 cm, turn them in again and they have the correct humidity.

Anyone experience this?

Ho, we need support, as we are having an issue as the app doesn’t activate watering. The control unot shows E1.
