I was wondering if there’s a relationship between the weather predicted on the app and the watering frequency. Here it shows daily temperature predicted at 90 degrees when in fact it’s 82 / 83 when 2 watering a week are sufficient. My app wants to water every day and unless I turn it off I don’t see a way to negotiate a more rational and way less costly rhythm. 

I’m in the Orlando area and on Wednesday I just had hurricane Ian drop over 5” of rain on my lawn. Discover tab shows on Wednesday I had less than .3” of rainfall. I’m using the Netro weather station. Is there something I need to change or update?

Sometime my controller lost the connection to the router Wi-Fi for some time ( one day or more) and then it riconnettes automatically. I don’t know why.

This morning it lost the connection , but after 10 hours it was still disconnetter. I tried to re connect it manuali, but the controller didn’t find my router. The router is very closed to the controller. When I connect my phone to the WiFi of the controller, i see “no connection”. So. Ok the controller is off line and I can’t connect it. what can I do? I already try to reset the controller turning of the elettrico power. 

My main water line to the sprinkler system came loose and flooded my vacation home yard with 250,000 gallons of water before the leak was discovered and repaired.  Does Netro have the ability to control an electric valve on this feeder line such that the main valve will only open when the irrigation system calls for water?

Raining hard outside for at least 20 minutes but yet, Netro weather n others didn't detect it?

It looks like the sprinklers are not jumping out because of the water pressure is maybe down right after I installed pixie

Even after several hours in full sun my Whisperer looks dead and does not send any signal.

Shirt or long pushes on the button does not change anything.

I suppose that while not that old I have to buy a new one.

All the zone were off in the application but in the device the zone 5 opened the passage of current to the valve remaining opened

I've just installed the Pixie smart house faucet timer and whenever I try to link the Netro service to my Google Home I get a message saying no devices can be found.

Is there some setting I need to enable to allow the device to be found by Google Home?

If the system lost the connection, it keeps the last schedule?

I am worry about the wstering and I am far away from home.

Hello, I’ve often thought it would be nice to have the ability to control my smart watering a little further by say, having a percentage adjustment? I’ve played with the settings and gone from Normal watering to Eco to Frequent but find that the differences are more distinct than I want them. Is there a way or maybe an update coming that will allow me to simply put that I want to water 70, 80 percent, etc? I could much more easily manage my water bill and usage with that handy feature. Please let me know if I’m missing it somewhere! Thanks!!

At the end of the whisperer's learning time, the times are set automatically in the program or have to be done manually?

I have a “Netro Sprinkler WIFI Smart Controller” and when  sometime i have a problem with internet connection provider and  after the connection return up the controller still disconnect until i power-off and power-on the controller.

The led on controller blinking and the app show a off-line message.

 

Why Netro doesn’t automaticaly retry the connection ?

All other ethernet and wifi device automaticaly reconnect  after the connection return up.  It’s possibile configure Netro Controller to retry the wifi connection ot it’s a contoller bugs ?

Hi, my sprite is offline since 14 hours and I did not receive any notification on my smartphone.

I had stablished a new whispered as stand alon( I área associated). In the installation it gave me an error and now, the option to asóciate again to stand alone is not visible. Neither the whisper to be deleted.

When trying to reconnect show whisper already in my account

Hi,

I have a repeating program set up for 2 zones.

I have smart watering disabled for those zones, because I prefer to set my watering at specific times and days. but I have it set to not water if I have 5mm  rain option.

My question is, can I have smart watering turned off but still have the app cancel my repeating program if it rains more than 5mm?

Have I got the settings correct? 

System has been drained. Controller unplugged. Notification and location turned off. When I try to turn off “Enabled” it turns right back on. Can I shut down the app?
