How do I test the sprinkler system

The instructions on page 12 of the Netro sprite quick start guide says I can use the ‘remote control’ feature to on the Netro app to turn on and off the sprinklers. I can’t find a ‘remote control’ setting on this app. 

This entire system is making me feel like an idiot. Please help.
