Connecting Pixie to Google Home

I have the Pixie set up and working and showing in the Netro App. When I go to link Netro to Google Home the error message I get is no devices were found in your Netro account. The Pixie is definitely in my account.

Any help appreciated.

Under the tab which has the history of moisture that can be sorted by today, week, month - please make the today tab the same as the week and month tab. It is much easier to see and more useful to see if the data is laid out from left to right in a line graph, rather than in two different circles for AM and PM - you have to switch back and forth which isn't ideal, and it's harder to see when the moisture drops are happening.

Inaccurate readings

My Netro Whisperer is starting to give what seems like random moisture reads. It does from 49 to as high as 85 and saying moisture level increased when nothing was watered.

Netro sensor stopped working

Whisperer setup works - but never reconnects to network

I have 2 whisperers and have the same behaviour from both.  One worked for a few months and then failed.  The second one is brand new and never has worked.


For both devices I have done the full reset many times.  The reset and subsequent setup appear to work.  The Whisperer connects to the network and I can change the LED colour (so I know my phone and the whisperer are talking).  I then power off the whisperer and turn it back on for a transmission test.  The device powers on, the LED comes on and then within about 20 seconds the LED turns red and the unit shuts off.  This is supposed to indicate that the whisperer cannot reconnect to the network (and that I should move closer to my router).  I moved it right up to within 1 foot of the router and still cannot reconnect.


The fact that I had 2 of these and neither works suggested the problem was not with the devices, so I replaced the router with a high end Asus Zenwifi mesh network.  This still did not resolve the problem.


I do not believe I have a battery issue.  The units have sat in the sun for about 6 weeks during this testing.  The support documentation in 1 place says the setup must be done within 20ft of the router and in another place says the setup must be done within 20 feet of the sprite.  I've tried both and in both cases the setup appears to work properly. But in no case can I reconnect to my network after the unit is set up.


Both units are hardware version 2.2 and firmware version 2.2.0.  My app version is 2.5.3.  Server Status reports OK (response time 1.0 s)


Any suggestions for what else I can try?

Issue with Smart Watering

Hi Community!

I've got 4 zones linked to same program all with Smart Watering activated. I noticed that on the schedule proposed there's one zone that's watered several times per day while others not. Settings are the same for all zones so I dunno what's wrong. Is there a way to set the Smart Watering of that zone like the others?

Anyway to set multiple run times for same program?

I have a spark controller and. I have a program setup for seeding that is 5 minutes per zone.  I want to run that program 3 times per day at 4am, 12pm, and 6pm. Anyway to easily accomplish this without having to setup 3 different programs?

netro home no longer supported

i have google home assistant and have linked the netro sprite. No problem on this for the past few months but today I  noticed that when I ask google to talk to netro home, google assistant would not respond and say netro home is no longer available.

I tried to re link netro on my google assistant and is able to do so without issues, yet during the command, I still get the same error that netro home is no longer available.

Any advice.

Metro Sprinkoer states it's running but it's not

I have noticed recently that my lawn has been dry. When looking at the app, it states that the schedule ran successfuly. I decided to test manually today and have noticed that even thougit says it is watering, it is not. I would estimate at least a two weeks that it has not ran. Also had a bunch of offline online notifications. I completely disconnected and reconnected from power and still no luck.

Manual watering stuck at 5 min

When I tried to water a single station I could not change the time away from 5 minutes. Some stations allow me to change the time but others will not.


What can I do to change a single station to greater than 5 minutes?

Can’t run sprinklers manually

Hello, I am currently trying to winterized my sprinkler heads. I am trying to run each set of sprinklers manually giving time between each zone to allow the compressor to repressurize. The Home Screen in my Netro app does not have a “play” button allowing me to run each zone manually… what gives?? I feel like there must be something I am missing otherwise this app isn’t very well designed. I am aware there is a winter run program, however it doesn’t allow me to set times between zones to allow the air compressor to repressurize, please help!

Smart watering

I am trying to set water restrictions. My watering days are Tuesday Thursday and Saturday before 6:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. I set up watery restriction on the app but it is not working correctly because right now it's set to water on Fridays and I don't know what I'm doing wrong

Selling the House -- Transfer account

Is there a way to transfer the account which is already set up and working to a new home owner?  I know we can reset the system and let them build from scratch but it would be easier to transfer the current settings to a new owner.

Manual watering reset after app restart

Hi there,

My problem is that I change the watering time to 5min manually for each zone, but the actual watering time is the previous 1min, even when the app shows the new 5min watering. Also after restarting the app it is always goes back to previous 1 min. 

It seems the app doesn't save the new settings.

Battery Dead

I use my on a Bonsai tree inside , how can I recharge the battery, I’ve placed it facing a light bulb and tried to charge by placing it outside for a afternoon but it still says 0% battery
