Dear customer,
Smart watering depends on many factors, for example, rain, evaporation, soil type. Fully shaded results in less water.
If you think the smart schedules water too much , you can either change to different smart zone mode (ECO), or you can set up your own programs and set up your smart zone in basic level. Please check this article for more info. https://netrohome.com/forum/posts/111
Thanks,

Sorry about the inconvenience.

Currently the app has a bug to prevent user add station ID from the app, it will be fixed soon in our next release. If you want to change Weather underground station ID, you can let us know. We will change for you.
Yes we recommended using sensors for grass, annual and perennial but not for trees or shrub as their roots are too deep for the sensor to measure the moisture.
We have received your email and we will get back to you soon.

Do you have a master valve or a pump? Could you please do a test: Manually water each zone for several minutes with 1 minute intervals and check if every zone shuts off after 1 minute every time?
Hi Alfonso,
We checked the sensor data and it looks normal now. We will keep monitoring the sensor data.
Hi Jim,
For users who have more than 12 zones, we are thinking about recognizing additional controllers as extensions, not as different units. When adding a second controller, it becomes zones 13-24, the third would be 25-36, etc. In this way, there will be no overlapping of watering times and users can see one schedule for the day and do not need to switch between controllers. I think one possible workaround it to add restrictions, for example, you can tell one controller to only water on even days and the other one to water on odd days. Or one controller to only water before 7am and the other one only water after 7am. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Hi Haris,
We suggest 60%~90% for lawn. Water your lawn when the moisture drops to below 60% and raises it to 90%.
