Hi there,

My problem is that I change the watering time to 5min manually for each zone, but the actual watering time is the previous 1min, even when the app shows the new 5min watering. Also after restarting the app it is always goes back to previous 1 min. 

It seems the app doesn't save the new settings.

I use my on a Bonsai tree inside , how can I recharge the battery, I’ve placed it facing a light bulb and tried to charge by placing it outside for a afternoon but it still says 0% battery 

Should I stop irrigation during Winter? Or let the smart irrigation decide.

I have updated the app and reset my Netro Sprite and still have the same issue. In manual watering Zone 2 stops after 3mins despite I set 10 mins. 

I have no idea what to do now!

I can’t see the manual run option any longer since the app seems to have updated.  Where has it gone please?

Can you run two zones at once? 

The home page does not show the usual info

- no info from whisperer which is working (blue light)

- no info from the controller which is also  working (solid green light)

Deleted the App and installed it again

Nothing changed

The app interface just changed and I can’t see how to do a manual zone start. The play icon isn’t there. 

Are there any issues with the Netro forecast function. I'm on the Beta version 3.0.0 and mine is not showing the forecast. The last data that was present was yesterday(Nov 6).

I wanted to do a blowout for the winter . It was rainy today and i manually put the zone on . No water was coming out , the heads did not pop out , but the timer was counting down . Is this because it was raining ? How do i override that 

Hi. I have attached pictures of my screen that show that the app is repeating waterings on the same day,etc.  This doesn’t seem correct (they are drip irrigation zones)?

I bought two whisperers in May this year. The one that got less sun has has depleted its batteries to 0 and will not recharge in clear (albeit Autumn) skies - it it defective? It doesn't even appear to want to charge.

All my whisperers after few months of use has started peeling off the solar panel protection. At the same time they have started to fail.

Is this a recurrent issue? Is this bad quality?

I recently bought a whisperer and for the first few days it worked perfectly but now it consistently reports the temperature as being over 300 degrees celcius, and soil moisture at 0% even while it has been raining here for a week.

I've tried relocating the whisperer and deleting and re-setting it up twice but get the same result.

I'm unsure what else to try. Does anyone have advice or a fix for issues like this?

My Pixie can't enable manual mode, when i manually launch the app it says "Pending" and it doesn't work

I have 2 Pixies and both are on smart schedule. However, one has been acting up and showing a yellow triangle without any explanation for every other run.

Example:

Pixie 1 - Nov 24 - Good run

Pixie 2 - Nov 24 - Good run

Pixie 1 - Nov 26 - BAD run - yellow triangle

Pixie 2 - Nov 26 - Good run

Pixie 1 - Nov 28 - Good run

Pixie 2 - Nov 28 - Good run

Pixie 1 - Nov 30 - BAD run - yellow triangle

Pixie 2 - Nov 30 - Good run

Why would this happen????  I have cameras and PIXIE 1 DID NOT RUN on 26th and 28th.

Before the update you could water a zone on demand. Where did that feature go?
