If you want to program specific zones to water twice in one day, you can go to Settings->Programs to create two programs.
If you do not want smart zone schedule to override your own programmed schedule, you can set up the Smart Zone level from Advanced to Basic, which only skip rainning days for your programmed schedule.

1. 4am is local time 4am, the time zone where the user device is located. 2. Netro recalculates schedules when the weather changes or when major configurations are changed through Netro App. Schedule data will be refreshed at 4am together with weather updates.

The app can control two devices simultaneously. Could you please provide more details about what you mentioned by "I've tried but without success"?
