Dear customer,


We found you have a program for 11 zones to water every day. If you want to water 1-3 and 7-8 every other day, you can deselect the 5 zones in your current program and set a new program for zone 1-3 and 7-8 to water every other day. Please let us know if it works.

Dear Michael,


In fact, the Pixie timer does not support Google Home. The reason is that the Pixie timer is mostly in sleep mode and Google Home only support immediate action. However, we are working on a new model using Zigbee which will support Google Home. It will be available probably next year.


If there is a marketing material saying Pixie timer supports Google Home, that is a mistake. Please let me know and we will correct it.

What happens to the last schedule if device is offline?

Deear customer,


For the last schedule, if there is power outage when Netro is watering, it will shut off valves immediately. If there is no wifi when Netro is watering, Netro will still finish all watering schedules as long as there is power.

One zone not working

Dear customer,


Please check the wires. Are they loose or disconnected from the slots? Please also check the common wires and the master valve if you have one. If you believe the wires are correctly installed,  please check if there is a main valve/faucet that is turned off manually. 


To test if the controller is working properly, use a multimeter (AC voltage mode) to test the voltage between the common wire and the zone wire when the zone is active. Normally the voltage should be between 24V and 28V.

You might also want to check whether there are shorted zones or open zones. You just need to use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the common wire and each zone (remove the wires from the slots before testing the resistance). The normal reading would be 20-60 Ohms. If the reading is less than 10 Ohms then you might have a shorted circuit in the solenoid and if it is larger than 80 Ohms you might have an open circuit.

Home screen shows next Watering for each zone in non stacked hours

Hi Brian,


There are smart watering schedules in the early morning for your zone 1 and zone 4 on August 3 so the next watering for your zone 1 and zone 4 is for smart watering but not the program. If you check your program, your program remains unchanged.

Moisture all day

Hi Shai,

 

The "moisture all day" sign shows up as you set watering adjustment for a certain zone according to the sensor moisture level. You can view in Settings->Sensors->Watering Adjustment. For example, if you set moisture to skip watering as 80%, this sign will show up indicating Netro will skip your next watering schedule when the moisture level is about 80%.

The solar panel has a plastic cover which may show sign of age after a period of usage. It only affects the appearance but it will not have impact on the charging functionality.

Netro does not need rain sensor and you might want to check the Netro Whisperer sensor which monitors real-time environmental conditions.https://www.netrohome.com/en/shop/products/whisperer


To correct rainfall, please go to Discover page, tap the "+" button on the upper right corner and select "Correct Rainfall". If the current weather provider is not accutate, you can switch to other weather channels through Settings->Weather Provider.

Hi Debby,


The white wires are the common wires which should be connected to the C slots in Netro. Please connect one common wire to the left "C" slot and the other to the right. Other wiring is correct. Also, please check if your solenoids are 24VAC valves.

Please find the below steps to connect your sensor to the pixie timer:

1. in the app, switch to the Pixie timer
2. press the + button on the right upper corner
3. choose sensor
4. follow the steps. Do not choose the standalone mode but the first one "garden"
