If you want transfer your previous setting to the new home owner's account, please send us email to support@netrohome.com with your Netro account registered email and the new home owner's Netro account name (let the new home owner register a new account).  We can help to do the transfer.

Hi there - we may be moving however, these things often fall through at the last stage. As a result, I have changed the email and password on the account to one which we can provide to the new owners, so they can use the set up when arrive. However, I don't seem to be able to change the name on the account and can't see anywhere this can be done. How do I go about changing this? Also what's the best email for your technical help for me to provide to the new owners so they can get help setting this up? Thanks in advance
