Whisperer low battery alert

My whisperer used outdoor gave me an alert here thru the Netro app saying it has 19% battery remaining. What does it mean? Is the solar no longer working? Is there another way to recharge it or can the rechargeable battery be replaced?

Dear customer,

When the sensor's battery level drops below 20%, it will send an alert through the app. The sensor can be recharged through solar charging or charge the sensor through USB.
