To access the link, please try entering from the "Settings" tab instead.

To connect your device, click on "+ Add" button, then select "+ Device". After that, click on "Works with Google" and search for "Netro". Finally, login by entering your username and password. Could you please send us email to support@netrohome.com and we will send the screenshots to you which might be helpful.
