Schedule stopped due to low temperature

My system is set to pause watering when below 7C. Currently it is 16/17C and my schedule is paused due to low temperature, why?

Today's weather forecast is 7℃ to 17℃ and the lowest temperature is 7℃ so Netro skipped your schedules when the lowest temperature is below 7℃.
