Hi Kevin,


You sensor might be completely out of power. Please place the sensor under direct sunlight for another 3~5 days to see if it works. Then press the power button agian, it will flash in white color. Also, do you have an incandescent lamp at home? If so, you can try to put the sensor under the incandescent lamp for 24-48 hours and it may come back to work.

This is a ridiculous suggestion and unsatisfactory. You advertise it can get a charge in a few hours and I've already charged it for a week straight. I sent it back for refund. Thanks for no help. SMH.
