Hello,

I have a big problem with my pixie, since I bought them. I have them connected into the app, but when I open the tap they never cut the water, the irrigation is on all the time.  


Do anyone knows where is the problem?

Recientemente instale tres sensores junto a  él programador Netro, pero los sensores no indican ni horas de luz ni humedad, en la app 


¿cuantos días están en modo aprendizaje?

I ve another problem...... If mybrouter connection goes down sprite begin to blink fast and when My router is on again Sprite do not automatically reconnect, i've to manually shut down and power in again Sprite.... Why?

hi, I have a problem, my Sprite 6 was Offline, I tried to do a quick reset, nothing!  i did a total reset.  After configuration, the white light is on steady, but I don't have the system in my app.  I tried to do the total reset, but the light does not flash and I no longer see the wifi of the Sprite.  what can I do?

currently I have a rain bird 4 station device without wifi which gives me satisfaction but unfortunately without wifi zpres research on the internet your device interests me and I want to have some explanation

 - does the device work and trigger the irrigation program in case of wifi failure

 -Does the device back up program data in the event of a power outage?

 - does the humidity sensor come with the device i no where can i buy it

Hola, compre el Netro whisperer y con 2 dias al menos 4 h al sol y siempre la luz roja es normal esto?

Pone que 1h es 2 a 3 dias y aun no ha encendido ningun dis y tampoco lo he podido configurar ni nada.

Hola les cuento mi experiencia con Netro, trabajo actualmente en el estado de Nueva York, y tengo 500 plantas de bluebery en Chile souh America, y lo controlo desde acá, he tenido excelentes resultados con el sensor de humedad, me hubiese gustado que el sensor fuera más largo, pero con el actual se ha manejado perfecto, también creo que deberían diseñar una caja más robusta para exteriores, estoy muy feliz con la aplicación con el equipo y el sensor.

Whisperer moisture sensor location

Where are the moisture sensors on the whisperer?  On one of mine, the ground stake broke and I was thinking of replacing it with a stardard metal stake. Will this work or is the moisture sensor built into the ground stake? Thanks!

Mi temporizador recibe más de una hora de sol al día y tiene puesta la sincronización cada 4 horas sin embargo debo cargar la batería cada semana con electricidad ya que se queda a 0 % cada 6 a 7 días

Sensor not reading moisture

I have three whisper sensors,  all of them  but one is reporting moisture levels.  Temperature and sunlight are correct, but moisture is 0%.. I have reset the self learning, Did a hard reboot, and  Reattached the sensor to a different wireless network.  What else can be done?

Best I can tell from the cursory technical specs is that for the Sprite the backup for a custom (not smart) watering schedule is in the cloud and for the Spark the backup is stored on-device in nonvolatile memory.  Is this correct?
