Hello,


I purchased a Netro sensor about one month ago at NetroEU shop through Amazon and got no news about my delivery. I remember it was also a bit complicated to get this Netro sensor the first time I ordered it due to taxes that significantly increased the price. 


What is the best way to get your products ? I am really fond of these latter but a bit upset it is so a big deal to get them. 

If you have solution it would be great.

Hi there

Just a comment on the wishperee. They are too weak and easy to break, the sensor part that goes into the ground 

My kids just broke a couple playing soccer in the garden. It would be good if you develop one that can be fully placed in the ground and the only visible part is the solar panel

Manual runs overriding schedule

Is there a way to not have manual runs conflict with the smart schedule?  At times I turn sprinklers on for kids to have fun or to test a newly installed head for a few minutes. These manual runs (even for a minute or two) in these zones are not being run during the next scheduled run. This is frustrating and now I need to do a lot of manual runs to ensure lawn gets appropriate amount of water and is basically taking away my ability to auto schedule.

Dark Mode and/ or Font size

on my iPhone it is nearly impossible to read a lot of the characters because they aren’t in dark black letters it’s a very light thin font. It seems like it would be a lot easier to read if the application supported dark mode. The other option would be to set a preference to increase the font size. That seems like pretty standard request so I’m hoping you guys might be able to get it in a future build.

I’ve read that night watering is not good so why does the device order a watering cycle after 9pm?  Smart watering is enabled on all zones.

Smart Zone Scheduling Problem

Hello.  After turning on my sprinkler system back on for the summer this year the Netro has not worked correctly when in Smart Zone mode.

The scheduler will add a dozen of "mini" watering tasks where the next tasks starts immediately after the current one ends. (See picture) 
I have tried resetting the system.  I currently need to have the Netro system disabled and run manual tasks to water my lawn.  What can I do to have my zones in Smart Zone mode and not have this problem?
