If you turn on the smart zone feature, Netro will skip the schedules(including manual schedules from user programs) when there is a chance of significant rain(>0.2inch).

Netro gets the weather information from DarkSky. Sever side gets and updates weather information every early morning at 4 am. I think what happened is that when you check the schedules last time the are not re-calculated yet. Netro will check the weather data for the past and get new weather data at 4 am in the morning to adjust following schedules accordingly.

Please go to the Schedule page, tap the program and choose "Skip this schedule" to override smart watering schedules.

Hi Matt, currently Netro is developing a new feature for the landscapers or technician so that users can authorize these people to access their devices. This feature will be ready in this month for Ios devices. 

Hi George, you can go to settings->zones->select a zone->smart zone and choose your preferred watering mode. You can choose "customized" mode to adjust watering by providing the preferred moisture level and flow rate of your sprinklers. 

You can also go to Settings->Programs to create multiple programs to water your zones multiple times a day.

Hi Douglas, the "new plant" method tries to keep the moisture level very high (above 85%), but doesn't ensure watering every day. Neto does not water that frequent as expected due to weather, soil types, etc.

Currently Netro doesn't have a separate way for a landscaper to access the app. The only way to give them control of the system would be to give them your account name and password. However, we don't recommend you do that unless you're comfortable doing so.

 A workaround would be changing your password to a temporary one and after your landscaper completes the work you change the password back to the original one.

To suspend all the zones, you do not need to unplug the controller.  If you have blown out the sprinkler,you can put Sprite in "paused" mode just in case some one (for example the kids) accidentally starts a manually run from the app. To put Sprite in "paused" mode, you can go to Settings->Controller->Enabled.

This video mentioned that you will have to turn on the sprinkler, so you can use the instant manual run feature in the home page to manually start watering for each zone to make sure all the water is out of system.

You can go to the home page, touch the blank space of the zone area and see the irrigation data for the past month or week for that zone.

Hi, to reduce the water usage, you can upgrade the app(1.5.1) and go to settings->zones->select a zone->smart zone and choose "Eco" mode. I hope this might help.

Hello, it may happen if the system reported smaller inches of rain than the actual rainfall which was not so large so it did not increase the moisture level to 100%. By default, Netro skip schedules today and tomorrow if today rains more than 1 inch. You can customize it, like I want to skip the schedules on the day after tomorrow as well, or I want to skip if rain more than 1 inch. The setting is in "setting -> preferences -> rain". 

The 22C temperature reported by Netro is the average temperature of a day :)

You can add a restriction to set up time constraints to prevent watering between say 5am to 9pm. Go to settings->restrictions->add a restriction, select your zones and set the start time as 5am and end time 9am. I hope this will work.

You can go to settings->zones->select a zone->smart zone and choose Frequent mode to water more frequently.
