Service

Listen.  This timer is really bad.  How do I let a service man run my timer I don’t want to give him my phone at least with the Rachio I can grant temporary access this is not worth the money at all

Hi Matt, currently Netro is developing a new feature for the landscapers or technician so that users can authorize these people to access their devices. This feature will be ready in this month for Ios devices.

In settings, go to your controller, then Manage Users. You can create a user account there.
