You need switch on each of your zones as a smart zone, select advance,  select the algorithm you want the system to use, such as deep watering, or one of the other selections.  

Remove the sensor from your system/wi-fi, and reinstall/reestablish connection.

What recipe type have you chosen under your smart watering tab for that particular zone.  You can choose deep,epa,or even do a customized setting.  I would try deep or epa and see if those give you the extra water needed.  Do you have your soil type entered correctly?  

That has nothing to do with the Netro, you might want have a sprinkler come out to adjust your heads.  You can probably find out what type of heads you have and lookup adjustment videos on YouTube.

I have the exact same question.  I have tall fescue/kentucky bluegrass mixture.  

Asking and restricting are two different things.  The controller/company recognizes restrictions?  Is your locale restricting?
