Here are the two most likely causes:

1. Manual Duration Setting: Check the duration slider under Manual Run in the app to make sure it wasn't accidentally set to 2 minutes.

2. Aging Power Adapter: If the app is set for longer but shuts off at 2 minutes, the 24VAC adapter is likely failing under load. After 3 years, an aging adapter can drop voltage once the valve solenoid warms up, causing the relay to close prematurely.
