Netro spark no work

I've had a Netro Spark 8 working without any problems since last year, but a few days ago it disconnected from the Wi-Fi and stopped working. I tried the reset button as indicated in the instructions, but there's no way to reconnect it. What else can I do? Thank you very much

We have upgraded your device to the latest firmware version via our server. Please go to the Netro App > Settings > Controller > Change Wi-Fi Network/Password to reconnect your device.
