Could you try contacting your network provider to check for any network restrictions on your end? This is because the issue you're encountering is similar to one of our Italian users before.

Here’s the response from the user:
After trying various solutions without success, I eventually tested the device with a TIM SIM card (another Italian mobile provider), and it started working correctly.
This suggests that the issue is related to Vodafone’s network configuration, likely due to CG-NAT or APN restrictions that block communication with the Netro cloud.
I plan to contact Vodafone to see if they offer solutions such as a public IP or an IoT/M2M APN to avoid these limitations.
