Dear customer,

1.If there is no wifi when Netro is watering, Netro will still finish all watering schedules as long as there is power. Netro will send notification when the system is offline more than 24 hours.

2. Usually devices will automatically reconnect to the server immediately after power outage. Netro Spark controller has a backup program to run if it goes offline. Netro Sprite controller does not have the backup program.

3.The Whisperer sensor is sold separately and it is only available on our own website https://netrohome.com.
