I have updated the app and reset my Netro Sprite and still have the same issue. In manual watering Zone 2 stops after 3mins despite I set 10 mins.
I have no idea what to do now!

Does this only happen to zone 2? If so, I think the resistance of the valve for your zone 2 might be too small and the controller cut off the electrical current after a few minutes of operation. You may have some professionals to check the valve for your zone 2.
