I am a newbie in using the App für sprite sprinkler. I have tried the function to delay the time plan. But don’t know how to cancel that?

Hi. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this issue. The timer on my nero still counts down but the water turns off. In one of my zones the water only lasts 1 minute 50 seconds. 

My netro sprite is sometimes working or powered off.  I tried to reset it but no joy

System keeps running, can’t shut off smart mode?  What steps to take to clear system and start fresh?

I’ve had the controller since winter so I wasn’t using it much in the winter. When I switched it to smart modes it seemed like it watered all day, multiple times a day. Is this just because it’s the initial watering in smart mode? If it’s a one day thing that’s fine but way too much ongoing. Also, on the averages it says 9 minutes every three days but it watered for over 15 minutes per zone several times that day. Thanks 

I have 4 plant sensors and one has stopped reporting on 5.29

Last report shows it was 98% battery, but nothing since then. When I press the button it blinks once red.

How can I troubleshoot it?

I setup my device this summer and I don't see the photos I created for my zones that were there las summer. However if I login on the laptop web portal, I do see my zone photos. I also get the error message " invalid group ID 13015 invalid device status" and it shows as offline.

Please help.

Hi, during the installation phase of the controller, it was not possible to change the position regarding the geographical state of the machine, a US state remains by default and consequently, I can assume, the start times of the irrigation cycles are carried out with the time zone american time. I have sprinklers with 6l/min specification. in the custom sprinkler settings there is a drop down list with flow ratea 10-100 mm/h.

If I make a calculation 6l/min x 60 min = 360 l/h = 360 mm/h? And that's only for single sprinkler. If I add up all the sprinklers in the zone it's even more. Is flow rate unit not specified correctly or am I doing something wrong?

It would be great if there was flow rate specified when selecting sprinkler type for zones .

Hi everyone, 

I have a 6-channel Sprite with 6 hunter valves. 5 channels work perfectly, one seems to be always on. I tried a brand new valve, a reset of the Sprite, unplugged it from power, changed the wiring but nothing helped. Any ideas?

This morning I had to reset the 6 zone control unit. After the reset everything is fine from the Netro app. Instead, when I log in from a PC with my account, the old setting is detected and it won't let me delete it. The system returns error nvalid group ID 33131: invalid device status.
What to do?

I’m upgrading from my Netro Sprite to a Netro Spark. I have very complicated watering schedule and I have 12 zones already programmed and set. I prefer to not have to sit there and reprogram everything manually. Is there an option to backup and restore my water programs and zones?
