this Monday I will receive my Netro Smart Irrigation controller and I have some concerns about the power supply.

On the YouTube video guide I saw there are 2 slots to put the power cables but I was only able to find a regular 24V power adapter with one single output.

Do I have to cut the power jack off and split the cables in order to put them in the controller?

Got 2 Whisperer sensors recently. They came up not new (see some scratches on them and signs of use). As a part of install had to reset WIFI settings in order to connect to my WIFI. Pressing power shows red led. Issue is - pressing power 6 times (should switch to WIFI setup mode), does not work either. Still RED light.

Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Is water backflow integrated into the Pixie timer or does installation require a separate one?

And we are off and running.   Whisper went in the ground and started reporting right away.  Would be nice to connect it to my Ambient weather station as well.   

I purchased a whisperer to automatically adjust the watering of problem areas. I received the product and turned it on. The white light began pulsing. I went to the Netro app and selected the account I wanted to add the whisperer to. When I go to "settings" and select "sensors" there is a blank screen. There is no "+" or add button or even any choices other than "back". I then tried to set it up under my own account. I clicked the "+" and there were choices to setup 1) irrigation controller, 2) Hose faucet Timer and 3)Shop Products.  Im  still looking for detailed instructions...

This season when I put my whisperer back out to monitor my garden bed I looked on the app and no longer saw that device. So I went through the process to re-add it to my network and my Netro account and I get an error message stating that that serial number is already registered.  Anyone have any thoughts on how I can de-register and re-register this device?  Thanks

I use Netafin pressure compensated drip hose on all my beds and there doesn’t seem To be an irrigation type for that. Is it OK using the drip setting which seems to be for micro drippers.

My netro has been working fine for the past many months.

Suddenly it stopped working and light blinks.

I try to configure the Wifi again and it states 

I am sure my 2.4 GHz network is available there as I have 2 other devices 10 Cm away from the netro and are working fine at 2.4GHz

I can confirm that in my Orbi Router.

Any ideas ?

Hi,

I have the netro connected to one water source.

Now I am going to install a vertical garden with very low flow and I want the source of water to be a different one from the main source for the garden.

Is there a way I can connect it as an independent solenoide valve that doesn't need to have the master turned on ?

finally the Whisperer sensors are wonderful.  I installed the 3 sensors divided by zones, a single problem that I encountered is this: the sensor that I called Prato should group 4 zones because they are part of the same type of plant, instead it only groups 3 zones.  I need your help.

I need to install the Netro Sprite in a tool shed covered by tiles and closed only on three sides that I have in the garden (L 2mt, W 1.5mt, H 1.8mt).

I would like to know if, to protect it from humidity, dust and insects, I can install it in a box like this:

Is there a maximum distance I can place the whisperer(s) in the garden. Largest distance it should cover is approx. 30 mtrs.

The sprite probably will be placed inside.

I was having difficulty getting a leakproof seal when attaching my Smart Hose Faucet Timer (Pixie-1) to my new faucet. I finally was able to tighten it tight enough not to leak, but after a week, it broke and popped off. It is probably under warranty, but is there somewhere I can buy a new connector and repair it myself?
