Offline buy watered

Hello, today i received a pop up at 2 o'clock at night, that the app was offline.

No manual program was enabled.

But at 7 oclock, netro was watering! (I have a manual program, but this is disabled).

Then Netro has not recorded in calendar the watering...


I had to restart both WiFi extender and netro in order for it to come back online. This is the 4th restart in 2 weeks..

Manual winter program not working

Hello, I’m in Texas and have set up a manual program to water every 2 weeks. I see it as a program but when I log in the default screen shows a completely different watering schedule. 

Am I doing something wrong?

Sprite - Manual Access for Technician

Is there a way to give a technician manual access to open each zone for blowing out lines on a Netro Sprite? My guess is no, unless he pulls the cover and shorts the zone connection. I had to work with the tech and use the app to open each line one at a time. I might be missing something, but is there a better way to do this?

Didn’t water. Exclamation point inside of triangle

Controller didn’t turn on sprinklers at 0400hrs today.  Instead schedule shows yellow triangle with exclamation symbol, but gives no breakdown on why system didn’t turn on water.  If controller shows exclamation, it would be nice if it showed an actual description of problem/event.

Add zones manually in queue

Is there a way to add manually the order of zones, and then repeat in the same queue a zone?

Is there a way to manually create a schedule to water in the following order for example? 

Zone 4, 2 minutes

Zone 5, 2 minutes

Zone 1, 4 minutes

Zone 2, 4 minutes

Zone 3, 4 minutes

Zone 4, 4 minutes

Zone 5, 2 minutes

Whisperer sensor in Romania, Europe

Hey guys!

I really love the smart sprinkler controller and I would really like to buy a Whisperer as well. The problem is that the shipping to Romania is 25$ which brings the total to almost 100$ and with VAT over that, let's say I would like to buy two sensors and not one for the price of two. 


Do you guys know a shop where I could buy the sensor from other from the ones in The USA?


PS: I bought the controller from Amazon UK but they don't have the whisperer.

Manually entering rainfall

Is there a way to manually enter rainfall amounts. The associated apps are very inaccurate. As an example, I received a 1/2 inch of rain yesterday but the app shows no rainfall. As a result I have to shut off the system and then manually turn on to water when appropriate. Very frustrating.

Questions about Netro app

I have installed Netro Sprite with no sensors (they are not available in Amazon Spain any more).

I have a few questions after my first day:


1. App shows different humidity values for each zone. Where does that info come from if I don't have any sensor?


2. When I click on a specific zone, I don't see any irrigation in the chart.


3. I have a 'fir tree' in my garden, but I haven't found it in the database. In any case, if I have a fir tree surrounded by grass, what should I configure to make sure that both the fir tree and grass are taken into account.

Cancellare sensore whisperer dall’account

Buonasera,

ho impostato il sensore whisperer nel mio account come libero, non collegato alle due centraline.

Vorrei cancellare il sensore ma non riesco a farlo la voce rimane sempre presente nell’account e non esiste un tasto per eliminarlo.

Switch Off automatically

Hi, I just bought a new Netro Sprite 12 device.
But I had have some problems when I try to run with a differents solenoid valvules.

I found two cases,

1) I start my zone in test mode. Switch-on and ok, swich-off, doesnt run. I try to switch on again, nothing happen,  Switch-off and, solenoid vavule close. Why does not stopped?!

2) Star my zone and run, in a few seconds (sometimes less a one second), automatically stop. Why? Maybe wifi problem?

I dont understand what the problems are...

Pls coulsd you help me, as far as possible?

My SPRITE-12 is permanently offline. I tried to reconnect it but RST button doesn’t work. I push it for less than one second and nothing happens.

Zones not watering but show watering on App

I just bought a replacement controller for my old Hunter. All connections are done by color codes as per old controller and I see all zones in App but when I manually try to test each zone, only one of the 10-zones start. However, when I press STOP, it does not stop. What’s wrong in manual testing ?
