Hi there I use the netro smart feature and the whisperer. 

The smart schedule for zone 5 watered 28 minutes at 5am and the sensor measured 99% humidity.  Then it watered again at 6am... which is obviously a waste of water as the zone is already 100% humid. So it look like when the program starts it does not take into account the humidity again until the next run for that zone. 

For zone 5 I am using regular mode. Not the Deep or EPA. 

I also have the condition that 

- Sensor to report every hour

- skip watering if above 60%

- Sensor firmware 2.0.1

I want to utilize automated rain delay feature.

If I have my 11 zones enabled for Smart Zone watering, the zones will water in a random order.

I need them to remaian in order 1-11. I cannot yet find a readon why.

Not much fun sitting on my lawn when a zone unexpectedly turns on.

If I use a manual program, then the rain delay feature cannot be used.

Is there a way to enable an automated rain delay in a manual program?

and/or

run the zones in an order when utilizing the Smart Zones?

And yes, most of my zones have the same environment settings

I have 3 Whisper gen 2 sensors 2 have firmware 3.1.1 and one has firmware 3.1.5. How do I update the firmware on these devices?

I would like to add a GEN 2 whisper to my Spark system because I cannot seem to rely on any of my three weather stations to provide accurate rainfall. I obviously don’t want to rely on a single sensor to determine the moisture level in my entire lawn, so can I add multiple to a zone and have Netro average it per zone?

I have some basic programs to water.  At the same time smartwater is enabled on zones?  

It seems the programs run - but smart water does not control the duration 

Is there a way to specify when watering evens should start but let the smart water control duration?

1. How can I set an irrigation schedule without WiFi? I have a rental house that is not occupied ( no Internet service) , but I would like to create an irrigation schedule. I app allows me to connect for test run, but not to set new schedule. 

Having problems getting it to connect to wifi?  Trying everything I can think of? Help???

My whisperer-2, installed ~36 hours ago, is consistently reporting a temp about 10F hotter than reality.

Any reason why the system sometimes skip zones and not water them. I have 3 sensors and they all reading the same moisture across all 9 zones, that’s why I’m confuse into why sometimes decide to skip zones. 

My #1 zone comes on whenever any other zone is on.  There has been no changes since last season other than a new wifi gateway.  I have deleted the Netro app and still have the same problems.  I have checked wiring to the controller and it is exactly the same as last season.  No shorting.  Does anyone have another suggestion to try and solve this issue?

I am limited in GPM, and in some areas of my lawn, I would like to water for more than 1 hour at a time for deep soaking. I cannot find a way without using multiple programs to the same zone. It is pretty labor intensive.

Is there a way to replace the light?

I have the Netro Whisperer2, and all works fine except for smart watering notifications.

They alert within the Netro app - how can I get them to alert outside of the app (i.e. "normal" smartphone alerts)?

It's great that I get the notification in the app, but that means that I have to constantly manually open the app to check for notifications - which essentially makes the notifications almost useless.

I've uninstalled and re-installed; I've disable the system setting to give the app access to send system notifications and then re-enabled it; and anything else I could think of that could be stopping the app being able to send a system notification.

Am I doing something wrong here, or does this intentionally only keep the notification internal to the app?

How do I add a second user ( second phone) to our system?

I received a notification on my phone that my Pixie is offline. I am out of state. Will my pixie still execute its schedule? Will it water my plants?
