Doesn't respect watering hours in smart mode.

The time of the zones has only been changed and it cannot be reset and it is watering every 5 minutes.

How can I reset any zone

Can’t start Netro

After 4 months of non use over winter, I cannot restart my Netro system 

1 sec  blinking of light and have pressed reset button but still get  message “off line” and blinking persists.  

I have a good WiFi signal.

Does the Pixle have to be installed with the water coming into it on the "Hose Faucet Connection" side?

Basically, is the Pixie water control valve one way, or can it shut off/turn on with pressure from either side?  In order to install it so the button faces up, I need to install it so the water comes in what is labeled as the "Outlet" side.  I don't know if it's labeled "Outlet" because it is a male connection, or because it cares about the direction of the water.  Otherwise, I will need to buy a male/male and female/female adapter, flip it "upside down" and use it with the button facing down.

Smart scheduling problem with sensor watering adjustment configuration

I have checked in the smart schedule that tomorrow is programmed to run zones that should be skipped.

I have set up the whisperer to skip run if moisture is above 40%. Current moisture is:

  • Zone 2 - 92%
  • Zone 5 - 70%

Wild Swings In Moisture %

I am seeing 20%+ increases in soil moisture when there is no rain and I am not watering and also 20%+ reductions in moisture directly after watering which seems counterintuitive. Is this normal? Can anyone explain what is going on to me? Thank you!

What is an ideal soil moisture level? My new Netro Whisper is measuring 83% down from 88% 3 hours ago. Is this too moist? It is average raised bed plant soil. I have googled and found some sites saying no more than 45% and some sites say no less than 70% so I am very confused!

No power to controller

Our controller has been working fine, and we had to replace some solenoids that were faulty. The controller is plugged into a verified live socket but no lights turn on. I can't hook up wifi, and it appears to be dead.

Standalone whisper asking me to water every day

Hi have a standalone sensor in  a pot indoors. For the last 4 days since I have had it running its asked me to water every day. Which I have. I would like to know what the parameters for my plant are for it requesting water.


Also it shows 2% battery in the app in the day and 0% at night. The web app shows 15% all the time it seems.


Anyone have similar issues?

What does the app show for whisperer?

I am trying to figure out what the graph shows for the week. It seems like the app shows the average light for the day. Moisture present at midnight each day. And average temperature each day. Is this correct? Or is it maximum temperature for the day?

It would be nice if I could have the graph could show more than just one reading per day. It would also be nice if you could go back and see the more detailed chart for a full day after it has passed. As it is now I can only see the one data point for days that are past.

Finally for the individual days it is a bit annoying switching between am and pm. I wish there was just a graph for each day that looked like the graph for the week/month except that there was a data point for every hour. Definitely more annoying and less useful to have am and pm separate and not be able to see the changes like you can with the graph.

Netro pixie Internet off

Hi, I'm the owner of a Netro 6 channel at my primary home where I use the smart watering function with no program, after 4 years I found the correct configuration and I'm really happy about the complete automation. In my vacancy home I bought a Pixie few weeks ago. I'm afraid the connection could be off when I'm not there. In the last weeks I set a program with 1 day on 5 min and the next off and the smart watering to check the rain and cancel the day raining. I would like to use the Pixie in the complete automation like in my principal home. So my question is what happen if I set only smart watering and then internet go off? Is it scheduled inside the Pixie a sort of program of watering that works anyway and the plant will receive water (even if in not an optimized way)?

Please add Foreca as weather provider! In Europe is much better than the available options on the app. Metro group is also a good option for your European customers like me.
