I added my wife as a manager successfully but i don t know how i can let her see the device from her app. At the moment the she log in but the appis not connected to any device

Battery not charging

Hi, 


My solar powered controller doesn’t charge its battery - not sure if it’s a battery problem - the controller is under direct sunlight for at least 6 hours every day.


I’ve set it to water for 1 hour every day so it’s a simple On/Off once a day.


Have other people had this issue?

Watering Adjustment not working

Hi i have a watering adjustment on the whisperer set to kick in at 40%

Since it was turning on at random times immediately when it dropped below 40% I also added a general restriction from 10am to 8pm.

After I added the restriction the watering adjustment doesn't seem to work. It's past 8pm moisture is at 28% but the sprinklers did not turn on why?

Unable to reset into Host mode to change WiFi setting

I have a 6 zone Netro sprite and need to update my wifi settings. No matter what I do I'm unable to get the Netro to enter host mode. I've tried hitting the RST button numerous times before or after manual reboots (even waiting the full 3+ minutes after re-plugging the device in). I even tried a full manual reset by holding the RST button for 10 seconds and the device still doesn't reset. I'm starting to doubt whether the reset button on my device works.

Has any one had any similar problems or pointers for just getting the Netro to join a new WiFi network? I'd rather not do a full reset and lose my zone settings, but at this point I've even tried that and can't get that working.

What does this mean?

Does it mean the system skip the watering or does it mean there is something wrong with the irrigation system?

Battery not holding charge

I have noticed in the past two days that timer is offline. Checked and hit button on timer and no activity even after 3 second hold. Brought battery in to charge via USB cable until LED on battery was green. Reinserted battery into timer, LED on timer blinked red once and now will no respond to anything I do. Battery obviously not holding a charge. Any answers?

Lost connection on holidays

I'm on vacation and my internet connection has been cut off. I had planned before on netro waterings for the week. Is that without an internet connection in my house, the waterings programmed before will still be done?

Moisture level for lawn

I wondering what is the best moisture level to keep for lawn. The sensor is somewhere around 42%, after watering the garden. Is that enough, should it be more?

Smart watering

Hello, I set the app to run 3 manual programs on the odds day and I have the smart watering system active on all zones.

Will it skip my watering if there is rain in the forecast on an odd day?

Hola! Acabo de instalar mi Netro al sistema de riego. El el equipo antiguo tenía dos fases, pero ahora la instalación para que funcionara me obligaba a utilizar la celda “M” y me he quedado con una sola fase para todo el riego. Como lo puedo solucionar?

Confused about schedule

Hi 

I am a new user here and just installed the Netro in my house. The “Smart watering” schedule seems very odd to me.


As you can see there are 2 rounds for each zone and the time of zone 4 is about an hour in one round. Is this normal ?

Watering "off the books"

Right now the watering schedule the Netro program is using for my St. Augustine grass is killing my grass. I live in Dallas and Jully/August is brutal on lawns. If I water outside the schedule the program has established the schedule is changed. Is there anyway for me to water my with Netro and keep the smart watering schedule Netro has? Right now I by pass the Netro by manually engaging my water values, not using Netro.

this Monday I will receive my Netro Smart Irrigation controller and I have some concerns about the power supply.

On the YouTube video guide I saw there are 2 slots to put the power cables but I was only able to find a regular 24V power adapter with one single output.

Do I have to cut the power jack off and split the cables in order to put them in the controller?

Centralina non chiude valvola

Buonasera a tutti, 

Da questa mattina la centralina non mi chiude più la valvola della linea 1 dell’impianto... ho provato a fare reset ma niente continua con irrigazione!! 

Sono riuscito a sospendere irrigazione reimpostando da capo la centralina ma il problema e sulla linea 1 che non a trova più anche quando metto programma irrigazione.

Water turned off

I had to turn off my water valve to my sprinkler system for a week (ending in a few days) and forgot to disable smart watering on my netro.  Netro thinks it did a complete watering last Saturday, and adjusted estimated soil moisture accordingly.  Netro isn't planning another watering for another 9-10 days.  However no watering last Saturday occurred.  


How best should I handle this?  Is there a way to delete past watering, which will lower soil estimated moisture, triggering a sooner watering than currently scheduled?  Or should I just do a manual long watering as soon as I can?
