Corresponding Humidity Range for ECO watering

Hi,


I've two whisperer and four zones linked to them. I've customized the smart watering setting the correct flow rate of my Sprinklers. I've to set the humidity range for: Tall Fescue, Kentucky Bluegrass,Perennial Ryegrass and three trees: Sweet Cherry, Common Ash, Catalpa.


I want to economize my watering what humidity range I've to set?

Sprinklers stop working in all zone

Hi, my sprinkler was working till yesterday but today non of the zone is working . Mine shows online and when I run it manually, it shows as running but it is not watering.is that related to Netro server issue ?

When I click on manual run for my sprinkler system, no blue arrow is there to start on the zone it how do I program them back on so I can do that

Whisperer wifi connection

I have problem connecting netro whisperer gen 2.

I already try with 2.4 wifi but at the end failed.

Any suggestion?

Can't keep a zone from coming on with others. Not the selenoid.

Hi,
I think I am cursed. I had to run a new line for two of my sprinkler valves as I had to move them and it was easier just to run new wire. The sit together in the same hand hole. I am having problems with one of the valves as it goes on when any of the other zones is active. I have replaced the valve once, the selenoid twice (showing solid OHM rating both times. I have the senenoid screwed down nearly all the way. It is the same zone (8) every time. I took a common wire and two others from the new line one went to each valve and the other to the far left common post. The valves, of course, are wired with one from the zone, and the other to the common wire that goes back to the far left C.  When the zone is off it is showing it is throwing about 2 volts AC. I suspect that is normal, or is it a sign of something else? 

I have a Spark 16 and it has been in operation less than a month.

Whisperer wifi connection

Hi, I bought 2 Whisperer sensors and when I try to connect to the Netro Wifi, it doesn't show up in my Wifi networks.  The other one showed up no problem.  Is there a factory reset option?

Days not appearing on 6-days a week schedule

Can we get a dark mode for the Android app?

This sounds silly but with most apps offering a dark mode now it'd be nice to get a dark mode option in the netro app. Kinda tired of burning out my eyeballs when I launch the app later in the evening.

Problem in Netro app in my iPhone

I had installed an irrigation controller and one plant sensor and it worked OK. Since I have added one Pixie-1 and one Pixie-Z1, on the app screen when I try to enter innthe red ring bell to see notifications, I am thrown out the app and I can’t see my notifications.

App Showing Ofline

I have a Spark Controller and the unit is showing me a solid green light but the app is saying offline. I have rebooted my WiFi and the controller with no luck. Any suggestions?

Mismatch zones/times

So happy with how this works. 

Everything works nicely but I noticed a weird issue: I was waiting to fine tune the dripping installation and when the app said Next watering in 1 minute, it was not. Kept saying 2 minutes, then 3, then 5... 

Finally it started some 20 minutes later than scheduled. And the zones were not matching with the real order. In my app it's zone 1, then 2, etc and the app was saying now watering zone 3, next 7, next 2 but surprisingly, the zones were being watered correctly.

Apart from that, it's working great. Thanks.

Cannot connect

I am not able to successfully connect to my new pixie

1. Pixie lifht flashing white

2. Login to App

3. Add Product

4. Select device

5. Enter name and addess info

6. Begin

7. Connext phone to Netro wifi

8. Next

9. Select homw wifi

10. Enter password

11 next

... Connecting... 

Pixie light flashes white, eventually turns red

App errors

Wifi password is correct, and i am in same room as router aand pixie is next to me. 

How dobi check port is not beinf blocked hy router? I have Huaweu Q2 Pro, dont see anything tonsuggest iit is.

Frequently disconnection from the wifi

My device is always offline unable to connect to the wifi. I have to reset it and then the connection works for a while.

There is a repeater  2 meters from it. The signal is strong.

Update the irrigation routine according to the updated weather forecast

Hi there!


I live in Madrid, Spain and use AccuWeather as my weather provider, since NetroWeather does not provide a correct forecast for this area for some reason.


This week we have had heavy rain forecast so Netro will not activate the irrigation system for several days. The problem is that as the day goes by the forecast is changing and Netro's planning is not updated.

It has already been several days in which according to the initial forecast, it was supposed to rain and it did not, so I have had to launch manual irrigations.  


Is there any way to force the smart irrigation program to update according to the new weather forecast?

A Netro Spark with no WIFI

Hi

Just bought a Spark and realized my home wifi sig doesn’t reach the location where it is installed. 

While I sort out how to increase the signal I wonder if there is a way to program the Spark to operate without Wifi
