The primary reason your controller is not functioning is likely due to a wiring issue, rather than incorrect parameter settings. Please check the water valves to ensure the irrigation system is operating correctly.

To investigate further, you can use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the common wire and each zone. Make sure to remove the cables from their slots before testing. A normal reading should be between 20 and 60 ohms. If the reading is less than 10 ohms, there may be a short circuit in the solenoid valve. On the other hand, if the reading exceeds 80 ohms, there could be an open circuit.

The reason your device is stuck in "connecting" while manually watering is that it went offline on the 29th. We have noticed that your device is now online. However, due to poor network conditions, the manual watering connection may be slow. We recommend setting up a watering schedule so that the device can water automatically, even when it is offline. You can use an external multimeter to measure the resistance of the water valve. Before measuring, ensure that the wires connected to the water valve and the common wire are disconnected from the controller.
