This situation is expected. Our app shows the device status in real-time, while the web version has a 24-hour delay and needs manual refreshing to update the device status. As a result, when your device is offline, your phone will promptly display the Wi-Fi as offline, while the web version may still show the Wi-Fi as online due to the delayed update.

Soil moisture is affected by various factors such as soil texture, pH level, and sensor depth. You can try reinserting the sensor and then go to Settings > Sensor > Self-learning, and click "Reset Self-Learning" to reset the learning function.

Increase Run Time Per Zone

Dear customer,
You can increase the watering duration according to the deep watering strategy and reduce the watering frequency. The recommended watering time is 60 minutes per zone, but it can be extended to 120 minutes using the program settings. If you have 4 zone, be aware that watering each zone for too long may not be completed between 2 AM and 8 AM.
