Hi there.

Trying to add my fifth and sixth Whisperers to the App, but I keep getting the error:

"Unable to get your location. "Please enable the location service on your phone."

Location services are on and the permission is set for the Netro app.

The app says "getting location" when it starts, but when adding the Whisperer, still says it can't get the localation.

Have rebooted the phone twice. Turned location services off and on. Unset and reset localtion permissions for the app, but still no progress.

Do I need to wipe all the data from the app? Will this lose all my settings or are they backed up in the cloud.

I have programmed the irrigation for 20 min each zone but after 10 min it cuts alone and the app shows that it is watering. that could be happening?

1 is to turn off the rain delay without opening the raindelay because I use it in a greenhouse
2 Is there a way to export the irrigation data to a file?

A couple months ago, I got a new iPhone and automatically migrated all my content over from iCloud backup - including the Netro app. However, it seems like my watering schedules have all been lost or deleted. 

I have a pixie and whisperer 2 set up and working fine, but I am trying to add another whisperer 2 as a standalone sensor and keep getting an error message that I need to enable location services on my phone.

I have checked the location permissions and settings in my phone (android 13) and everything is fine. The address I am adding is exactly the same as what was entered for the pixie and other whisperer. 

I was able to successfully add the second sensor by entering an address in the USA which suggests it may be an issue in the app itself and since I am in Australia that isn't a permanent solution for me.

Has anyone encountered this issue or have a fix?

I have added a new whisper (gen 2 with usb) but it doesn't show up in the app. I have tried to reset it and add it again but i get an error saying it's already on my account.  What should I do next? Where can I see which devices are on my account?

I just installed my new Netro Pixie, and I'm in the process of learning how to use it.

I tried the manual activation feature, however the app allways reply that irrigation will start after a (prolonged) period - in the range of 1 hour).

Why?

Is it possible somehow to get an immediate activation of the manual irrigation command?

System has been drained. Controller unplugged. Notification and location turned off. When I try to turn off “Enabled” it turns right back on. Can I shut down the app?

I have a repeating program set up for 2 zones.

I have smart watering disabled for those zones, because I prefer to set my watering at specific times and days. but I have it set to not water if I have 5mm  rain option.

My question is, can I have smart watering turned off but still have the app cancel my repeating program if it rains more than 5mm?

Have I got the settings correct? 

I had stablished a new whispered as stand alon( I área associated). In the installation it gave me an error and now, the option to asóciate again to stand alone is not visible. Neither the whisper to be deleted.

When trying to reconnect show whisper already in my account 

Hi, my sprite is offline since 14 hours and I did not receive any notification on my smartphone.

Is it correct? How can I enable notifications as soon as the sprite is offline?

Hello, yesterday I mounted the control unit with an electrician, the connections are fine, we tried several times the manual function but it did not work, I am trying in various ways to operate the control unit, after several hours I pressed reset and I managed to start the manual program, now it works but I noticed that it does not start if there is a daily program, is it correct??

Instead the programming does not work on the calendar, I tried in various ways but the irrigation does not start, I think the control unit is faulty, I tried several times to program a minute per sector but nothing works. Now it’s raining here of course I disabled the smart zone so for now only the manual function works, not with programming. What advice can you give me?

It Rains and Netro still watering my plants unless I add daily skips when I see the weather forecast. 

I have an ! inside a yellow triangle showing up on days my sprinklers run. 

What does the ! mean?

Trying to add a new manager. Any email address I enter results in a "can't find user ..." error message.

I was told the custom schedule would not let my moisture level go below the min I set but it goes below the min all the time

Hi and thanks for fixing my last bug.

Another problem I have is with IFTTT being out of sync with my Pixie, eg, I schedule the Pixie to operate between 4:30 am and 4:45 am but IFTTT, whichI use to switch on the pump, reports it active between 4:43 to 5:24 am.

The consequence is that I only get 2 minutes of water as the Pixie has already stopped the flow by the time IFTTT turns the pump on.

Please advise.

I have recently found that my Netro APP locks-up waiting for my Pixie to respond while trying to set the schedule or even just entering the home screen.

It is locked-up at the moment (29/08/22 09:39).

I have deleted the APP and relaunched it but still get the problem.

I am running 15.6.1 on my iPhone SE and iPad.

Please advise.

How can I set up watering schedule manually, I mean I decided how many minutes daily each zone I want to water?
