Why or how does the rain delay option work?

Mine is set up with the minimum rain but the program still goes off no matter what. 

My B-hyve sends me a “rain delay” message.

This is my third summer with Netro. I haven't had any problems in the past.  I turned my water on from it being winterized in October and it is not working.  Any chance it could be Netro or do I need to get someone to look at the wiring at the hook up to the water main? 

I see references to defining your soil type.  I have gone through the entire app multiple times and cannot find where that is defined, nor can I find it in the documentation.  There doesn’t seem to be an “owners’ manual” or “operating manual” per the support person I called (only online video help).  I cannot find where soil type is defined.

Frequent mode vs regular, which consumes more water?

I purchased a whisperer to automatically adjust the watering of problem areas. I received the product and turned it on. The white light began pulsing. I went to the Netro app and selected the account I wanted to add the whisperer to. When I go to "settings" and select "sensors" there is a blank screen. There is no "+" or add button or even any choices other than "back". I then tried to set it up under my own account. I clicked the "+" and there were choices to setup 1) irrigation controller, 2) Hose faucet Timer and 3)Shop Products.  Im  still looking for detailed instructions...

Does smart zone adjust water time depending on temperature change?

For instance, does smart zone automatically adjust to water more for those days over 90 degrees and water less for cooler days?

Hello , is it possible to wire two zones together , so that both work at the sametime

Can more than one whisperer be used in the same zone? 

I have a zone that Is not coming on.  I hear the pump going but the zone is not watering at all.  This has been since I first hooked up the system 3 wks ago. 

Installed Pixie and Whisperer. Are they supposed to communicate?

If you are using the “basic” smart watering mode, is Whisperer data considered to turn off a watering schedule similar to what is done with the weather forecast?

My yard is browning due to water starvation, I don’t think it’s watering enough. It’s been hot and dry here for a few weeks, no rain. I want to preserve my lawn and garden!!  I have smart irrigation enabled and I exepect the algorithms to be smarter than I am. I guessed on my soil type as sandy loam, I am a rookie. Help!!

My Netro app on my phone and iPad will not let me sign in today. Instead, it shows an error message saying the Netro website certificate has expired and it’s dangerous to login. This is concerning because I did not know that if the website is down, I do not have any control over watering my lawn. None. Is there a way to get around this or do I need to return my sprite 6 smart water controller?

Hello - I just installed the Netro pixie and whisperer to to water our golden goddess bamboos in planters. We have a drip irrigation system and I’m not sure what to put in the “sq ft” parameter in the Netro app. We have a total of 7 planters that are all hooked to the same hose /drip irrigation hose. Each planter is 41″ x 12″ x 18″. What should I list as the sq feet? Is it just one planter or all 7?

Also - does the whisperer talk to the pixie to tell it how often it should water and automatically water as such? Is there anything I need to do to turn on that function? I live in Los Angeles and our bamboos are up on our deck where it gets extremely hot/dry.
