Whisperer 2 "serial already in used" issue

Hello, 


I have been trying to add back one of my Whisperer 2 sensor and got a message saying that the serial has been already in used. Not sure what to do at this point. I was wondering if someone had encountered the same issue and if there is a solution to fix it.

Unrequested watering cycle

Hello everybody, maybe someone can help. 

This morning I found the irrigation system on, watering the garden, with no schedule active. More, the master enable/disable switch on the app homepage was set to off.

I'm using manual zone scheduling, not smart watering.

The controller is a Netro Sprite 6 zones, Wifi was on and fully functional. 

Any ideas? Thanks.

Zones water at for a small amount of time.

I’m currently using my Netro spark 16 to water a 1 1/2 acre field of grass. There are a couple zones that are repeatedly watering for just a few seconds or a couple minutes when they are supposed to be watering for 6 to 10 minutes. It is causing a very big issue in the field. There are a large bare spots that are directly around the problematic zones. Is there any fix to this? I need answers ASAP.

PIXIE-1 Low pressure IN - gravity irrigation systems don't Work

HI Support Team and All,

I purchased the smart valve (PIXIE-1)  and the sensor (WHISPERER-2) for my vegetable garden, but unfortunately the pixie-1 releases a few drops of water when it is in irrigation mode, my watering system is ecological, I collect rainwater, 

because the pixie-1 does not it passes water with little pressure, the pressure is low but sufficient for irrigation.

This wasn't written anywhere.

Is it possible to configure the valve to use it with low pressure?

Whisperer sensor already in account error

I had previously installed a Whisperer sensor and then removed it from the app.  I factory reset the Whisperer 3x successfully.  When I try to re-install it again, I go through the setup process and at the end, I receive a "Sensor xxxx already in your account".  I have gone to the app and website to see if the sensor is listed but it is not.  Any suggestions on how to fix this issue would be sincerely appreciated.

Netro Sprite 6 valve won’t stop

I just replaced my sprinkler controller with a new Netro Sprite 6.

Using both a programmed or a manual start, all valves don’t stop unless I remove power to the Sprite.

During a program, where I planned the zones to run sequentially, the zones activate one after the other without stopping and causing the zones to loose pressure and be unable to complete.


On the FAQ, it says to remove power to stop the zone, which actually stop all the watering, but this it totally unusable to me.

I am using the European version with the provided power supplier. I am based in Italy.

Netro - Stopped Working and won’t power up

Been a Netro customer for a while and pretty handy. I have three different Netro controllers and my oldest one just stopped working and won’t power up… I have verified the power at the outlet and have changed out the power supply with another 24v power supply that I know works. Still the controller will not power up. 


Let me know if anyone else has suggestions.

Pixie app shows checkmark for successful scheduled watering but valve didn't open and no watering took place

My Pixie has been intermittent with meeting its watering schedules. I have a reliable wifi router and strong cellular service.

-Some days the app shows checkmark to confirm watering and yet no actual watering took place.

-Other times the app shows the yellow triangle with Exclamation mark and sometimes actual watering took place and other times it didn't water at all.

-On some occasions the actual watering starts a minute late and finishes on time.

Controller will not operate valves

I cannot get the controller to turn on any valves. I have a netro spark 16 and I can't get the controller to open any valves. Programs, manual runs or manualy at the controller itself. Please advise. Do I need to reset or reboot something? Or is it a server related error.

Battery LED Blinking

The battery LED on my Netro Pixie-1 is blinking between red and green. After charging it for a time, it stays in this state, and the Pixie will not turn on. I assume that this is cause the battery cell is shot. Can anyone confirm this? If so, can someone point me into a direction to repair?

Buongiorno,

da circa un mesa la cella fotovoltaica non ricarica la batteria che piano paino si è scaricata e l’ho dovuta ricaricare con il cavo usb.

L’apparato va sostituito?

Acquisto 20/03/2023 con Amazon.

invalid group ID 13015 invalid device status

I setup my device this summer and I don't see the photos I created for my zones that were there las summer. However if I login on the laptop web portal, I do see my zone photos. I also get the error message " invalid group ID 13015 invalid device status" and it shows as offline.
