	Please follow the steps to see it if works.
	
	1. firstly, tap on "setup wifi", link to your smart phone wifi settings and connect to the temporary wifi "Netro_PLS_XXX".  
	2. Quickly return to your Netro app, still in step 3 of 6, tap on "Next" button, select your homewifi and input your home wifi password.
	
	If it still fails, please send us email to support@netrohome.com with your Netro account registered email. We will have our technician look into this issue.
