Hi Kevin,

You sensor might be completely out of power. Please place the sensor under direct sunlight for another 3~5 days to see if it works. Then press the power button agian, it will flash in white color. Also, do you have an incandescent lamp at home? If so, you can try to put the sensor under the incandescent lamp for 24-48 hours and it may come back to work.

We got weather data from darksky.net, it may provide small rainfall amount which could be ignored by other weather providers. You can check the rainfall amount in the discover page (e.g. 0.3inch on Wed). If Darksky doesn't work well in your area, you could try other weather provider in setting->controller->weather provider.
