If you turn on the smart zone feature, Netro will skip the schedules(including manual schedules from user programs) when there is a chance of significant rain(>0.2inch). Currently Netro will skip your schedules only on previous day and rainy day so Netro still waters your zone based on your program(water every 3 days) the next day after rain. 

If you do not want Netro to water your zones after the raining days. You can customize it in Settings->Preferences->Days to Skip, and select days to skip, for example, next day and next 2nd day.

Which Alexa still are you using? It should be the Netro Home skill not the Netro skill.

Also, I think you will see the Netro device in the skill. It is completely on voice command and after you link your Netro account you can just say the commands to Alexa.

Can you please let us know what power adapter you use? Are you using the Android app? There is a known bug that only zone 1 can be opened if you use the Test Run mode which has been fixed in the beta version of v2.5.0.

Base on the provided information, your soil is more likely to "clay loam" or "silty clay". 

There are three basic soil types in Netro: 

• Clay soil is generally heavy and is compact in nature. Plants have a harder time developing roots in clay soil. Clay soil tends to retain water, but this is not always desirable.
• Sandy soils are the opposite of clay and generally drain too fast, and so are unable to hold onto any nutrients long enough for a plant to use them.
  
• Loamy soil is a rich, dark and crumbly soil that will allow drainage, but still retain enough moisture to be beneficial. If you grab a handful of loamy soil, it should not form a compact ball. It should remain loose and crumbly. Loam is the best type of soil for growing almost everything!

If you are still confused, you can just try with each type, check the smart schedules in the "schedule", and choose the one which meet your expectation best.

The wire size for Netro Sprite is 18 AWG to 22 AWG. You can slim down to that range to fit into the slots.

I can see that you have set your program which is not moisture level based. We also noticed that you have disabled "smart zone" feature for all your zones. To enable weather awareness, please go to settings->zones to enable "smart zone" for each zone.

Hi Manuel,

As each zone is unique, with different plants, sunlight and soil conditions, we recommend to place one sensor in each zone for best watering results. If you have many zones, consider adding sensors for the zones that you care most. In the current version of the app, we allow one sensor to monitor up to 3 zones but the user needs to make sure the zones have similar environmental conditions.

Could you provide more details about your problem? The daylight saving ended on last Sunday (Nov 11), and our system have taken care of it. Everything should be fine. 

We have checked your profile. Typically, Netro adds smart schedules on 4:00am and later when necessary. For example, there are two smart program for today (11/13) from 4:28 to 4:38 and from 5:08am to 5:17am for zone "backyard2". Netro Sprite device is expected to water your backyard twice this early morning on 4:28am/5:08am (PDT time). 

Please note that Netro uses your device's local time, not your cell phone's time. These two time may not be identical if you are traveling outside. For example, your device is installed in California, the schedule time is California's local time, even if you are in New York and your cell phone are using New York time. 

We are always happy to help and make you satisfied. The smart schedules seem to be OK for now. If you still have any concern, could you provide us more details?
