My region is currently asking that we only water once per week. I was under the impression that the smart controller made those adjustments automatically for me, but it is showing that I am scheduled to water 3x this week. Is the only way for me to change this to do it manually? 

The moisture indicator in the app shows my soil moisture is 38% but we had 3 inches of rain on 24 hours. How is moisture determined? We aren't using any sensors

I created a schedule under settings, programs and indicated a start date. When I go to “schedule” I do not see the program j created on the calendar. Please help. 

Yard has been fertilized and need to water now as next scheduled is Sunday.

I have checked in the smart schedule that tomorrow is programmed to run zones that should be skipped.

I have set up the whisperer to skip run if moisture is above 40%. Current moisture is:

• Zone 2 - 92%
• Zone 5 - 70%

Hi, I'm the owner of a Netro 6 channel at my primary home where I use the smart watering function with no program, after 4 years I found the correct configuration and I'm really happy about the complete automation. In my vacancy home I bought a Pixie few weeks ago. I'm afraid the connection could be off when I'm not there. In the last weeks I set a program with 1 day on 5 min and the next off and the smart watering to check the rain and cancel the day raining. I would like to use the Pixie in the complete automation like in my principal home. So my question is what happen if I set only smart watering and then internet go off? Is it scheduled inside the Pixie a sort of program of watering that works anyway and the plant will receive water (even if in not an optimized way)?

One of my sensors is reporting strange temperature numbers. Any ideas on how to fix this. I tried a reboot and a reset (remove and add again).

Hi I have 6 senors that have all worked perfectly for 3 months unattended. A month ago I noticed 1of them only had 5% charge so I switched it to 12 hour reporting and it is now on 38%. Today another sensor has gone to 0% charge and stopped reporting. It would be great if you could be set it automatically switch at say 30% charge. It will be 3 months before I am back to the house so I hope the sensor can recover. Thanks for a fantastic product.

I really love the smart sprinkler controller and I would really like to buy a Whisperer as well. The problem is that the shipping to Romania is 25$ which brings the total to almost 100$ and with VAT over that, let's say I would like to buy two sensors and not one for the price of two. 

Do you guys know a shop where I could buy the sensor from other from the ones in The USA?

PS: I bought the controller from Amazon UK but they don't have the whisperer.

Is there a way to manually enter rainfall amounts. The associated apps are very inaccurate. As an example, I received a 1/2 inch of rain yesterday but the app shows no rainfall. As a result I have to shut off the system and then manually turn on to water when appropriate. Very frustrating.

Can zones be setup with several sprinklers in the one zone ?  From what I can see from another question, is it correct that you setup the aproximate size of each zone ?  I have several zones with maybe 10 sprinklers in each zone, with sprinklers about 3m apart.

Also, is there any access to a test / simulation system that I can setup my location and see how well it would adapt to weather.  I am planning the installation for southern Spain

Hi I Have a big terrace with many plants divided in 3 zone controlled by Netro. To use the smart watering and have an acceptable time/frequence for watering (6 min every 2.5 days) I have to set user and from 80% to 85% umidity. If I set frequent or extra water the estimated frequency is 4/5 days. Considering in summer my setting seems nor giving enough water to plants what kind of setting do you suggest to increase the frequency (change msq, kind of sprinkle or whatever).

I find the Weather apps to be very inaccurate with respect to rainfall at my home. Is there a way to add a near by weather station for better accuracy?

I installed two sensors today and added watering adjustment so that every time the humidity goes below 10% another 10 minutes of watering is added. Unfortunately, there is a bug and the watering time is triggered right away even though the faucet timer connects only every three hours. The additional watering time needs to be scheduled after the next timer sync and not right away. It's a clear bug.

I'm on vacation and my internet connection has been cut off. I had planned before on netro waterings for the week. Is that without an internet connection in my house, the waterings programmed before will still be done?

Hello, I set the app to run 3 manual programs on the odds day and I have the smart watering system active on all zones.

Will it skip my watering if there is rain in the forecast on an odd day?

I am a new user here and just installed the Netro in my house. The “Smart watering” schedule seems very odd to me.

As you can see there are 2 rounds for each zone and the time of zone 4 is about an hour in one round. Is this normal ?

Right now the watering schedule the Netro program is using for my St. Augustine grass is killing my grass. I live in Dallas and Jully/August is brutal on lawns. If I water outside the schedule the program has established the schedule is changed. Is there anyway for me to water my with Netro and keep the smart watering schedule Netro has? Right now I by pass the Netro by manually engaging my water values, not using Netro.
