Yes a zone can be set up with multiple sprinklers as long as they all get water from one valve.

Currently we do not have simulation system but weather service works very well in Spain as we have hundreds of users in Spain already. We have many weather providers to choose from and some of them are based in EU.

I noticed Netro just got approved by EPA for watersense product. So you can get your rebate from your local gov. 

When there was a network glitch, the light on the unit will blink but it should go back to solid after reconnection. I heard there is a bug in the formware so that there is a chance the light keeps blinking. It does not impact the functionality of the unit though.

You can power cycle the unit to fix the light. 

It is 3/4” GHT (Garden Hose Thread).

Sounds like a network issue. You might want to try rebooting your Netro controller and WiFi router.

You can try to reset the settings on your phone(settings->general->reset->reset all settings).

Hi Richard, when the smart zone feature is enabled for a zone, the program will be skipped if rain is predicted. You can go to the settings->preferences->rain to adjust the skipping strategies.

Have you done manual instant watering for the zones differently?

So for boost it will add more water to each run. EPA is a very deep and infrequent watering style recommended by EPA. On the smart zone setting page, you can change the mode and see the estimated frequency and duration.

Yes you can do an instant run for your zones. If you are using an Android phone, select the play button on the home screen of the Netro app. On the next page, you will be asked to select which zone(s) you want to water. To select the duration for watering, slide your finger around the circle. If you are using an iPhone, all your zones will be listed on the home screen of the Netro app. You can start a program by simply pressing the play button to water the zones right away.

You can add your new controller in Kansas as a new device to your existing Netro account. Once it is set up, on the home screen of the app you will see a drop down menu on the top through which you can navigate between the two controllers.

I guess you can wait and see if it rains or not. If it does not rain, you can manually water the zones from the home screen of the app.
