Reset moisture level

Is there a way to reset the moisture level for a zone. It is currently showing 100% but soil is dry.

I haven't found one, but I usually water it as much aspossible to make the soil 100% and then let it adjust from there.

I see this as a major problem there should absolutely be an over ride. All my zones show 100% and none are anywhere near that!
