Dear customer,

Could you please do the follow step to check if the unit itself is good.

1. Power off the device(unplug the power adapter)
2.Wait for 2 seconds, replug the power back in
3.Wait for 3 minutes for the device to start up

Could you please also send us email to support@netrohome.com with your Netro account registered email?
We will have our technician look into this issue.
