Coudl you please check the WiFi signal strength. If you use a WiFi extender, please make sure it is connected to the main router stably.

The Wi-Fi signal is correct and the router tells me that it has the Pixie signal when it communicates, I reprogrammed the Wi-Fi and it worked on April 22, 23 and 28, both in manual and programmed operation, then I program it to work manually and it doesn't work. The battery is charged ranges from 90 to 100%. This is desperate. I have programmed the connection frequency from 1 hour to 3 hours in case it was a battery problem, but nothing.
